We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. We spent time at my cousins then both family's came over for dinner at our house! I spent Friday night with wonderful girlfriends. Sat night we babysat Ashley's twin girls! Then went to my brother's for Nathan's party! Sunday morning we had a brunch with my girls and the sweet kiddos! Wow what a weekend! So busy yet so much fun with friends and family! I have so much to be thanksful for: I am so thankful for my sweet family and friends! They amaze me with their love everyday! I am so thankful for a sweet husband who works his booty off for his family! I am so thankful for my healthy, happy little boy that makes me smile everyday! I am thankful that I can still see! So we got up Sunday morning and got ready for Church signed Ben into Sunday School and dropped him off as we have done before and Ben cried and cried. So I was trying to be the strong mom and stand in the hallway till I heard "ahh look at the baby boy crying" I said "yah that's mine" so we tried "Big Church" that lasted about one song and he was trying to move the chairs around. Ughhh so we missed church :( He has never done that before...scares me on how he will do when he starts school!

I took the morning off to take Benjamin to his 2 year appt. Josh usually takes him but this was one for mommy. My daddy met us there because he was going to take Ben with him and Honey today to his house in Alvarado. I got there early thinking they would take us back early! yah not so much! Appt was at 8:30 we went back around 9pm but that was ok I love my Dr and she is worth the wait. Ben did great he cried a little when Dr Hull was pressing on him but not during his 1 shot (whohoo only 1) I think because he had a sucker in his mouth! She asked questions like: Does he climb? Yes-Does he pretend? Yes -Does he stack blocks? Yes- Ben had a lot of bruising on his legs (looks like a leopard)which of course I was scared thinking they would think we abused our little boy, but she said it was pretty normal for a busy boy! Which he is!!!!! He still has his umbilical cord hernia and she said when he turns 3 if he still has it then we will have to see a surgeon which I PRAY that does not happen but it scares me because it has not really changed in a year. So we will just add that to our prayers! All in all Benjamin looks Great she said! He is a little hefty but healthy which we knew!:) I feel he does not eat a lot anymore. He eats a lot of fruit and chz (he is obsessed with cheese) But we are now going to 2% milk so we will see! When he saw Dr hull was leaving he waived bye bye and blew her a kiss (not on command :)) So she thought that was funny and sweet so she then had to get her a big fat smack on the lips. We love her so much and are so thankful for her! Here are a few pics with my phone I forgot the camera!Top pic with water eyes and Dr Hull makes me sad! But he was good 1 minute later :( the others are playing with grandpa who he loves. His eyes lit up and a big smile appeared when he saw him walk into the waiting room! :)

My sweet angel boy turned 2 today! Just yesterday I was scared to death to bring him home without my nurses. Benjamin has made our lives so wonderful. He is such a happy,curious, loving little boy that makes us laugh everyday. He just learned today to tell us he is 2 when we ask. His two phrases he has said are "bye bye daddy" and "more please" everyday he says a new word. We are so excited he will be starting school 2 days a week soon! We had a big birthday party sat with friends and family at the church and then went trick or treating with cousin Luke. Sunday we went to the park with the Stark family and finished Ben'a birthday off tonight with dinner and going out for yummy yogurt! I just pray my next baby will be as sweet as Benjamin. I love you baby boy Happy Birthday!
