If i were told to rate Fujitsu Service Quality upon 10, i would rate it at 4 for the maximum.
Sent for repairs on 08/09/09, told me 4-5 days later will get a reply. Waited the damn call for 1 wk, no call came. Called back n told me the motherboard spoil, but they dun hav stock. So asked when would be ready, 2 wk time from 10/09/09. which means they check my laptop within 2 days n nv giv me reply! Nv even giv me some knowledge tat i have to wait for a longer than usual time. tats 1st bad service. Continue waiting for another near 2 wks time. still no sign of my call. Have to call back myself again! buay song liao. saturday n sunday call service hotline nobody...... so today called back, they said " oo parts here le, nid another 2-3 days by wednesday will call me " so was like wth?
If i nv call in the first place i would like waited for like near 3 wks of time without even knowing wat the heck happen to that laptop. Wat kind of service is this????
N like the dateline is extending extending n extending. 4-5days to 1-2 wk to 2-3 more days. The 4-5 days to 1-2 wks bo bian no stock, but at least tell me n see whatever shit they can do so that at least i would be so inconvienent without a laptop for such a unsually long service. lol, so no stock means dun nid to inform ur customer eh? .den after 2 wk still nid 2-3 more days which is like , could u in the first place sum up the longest time u nid for the laptop to do like after the longest time the stock will come n the longest time u nidd to fix the damn thing in ! den do sth to applease ur customer pls? wat kind of lousy service u have there
If by wednesday no call hor, i complain till siao. DAMN IT. STUPID DAMN SERVICE.
