Texas State University students have long been punished with expensive fines for bad parking policy and poor university planning.

Parking reform begins with adopting policies that don't punish students for shortcomings of their university.

Texas State University should take immediate action to solve the parking problem on campus.

I hereby petition Texas State University to change Parking Services Regulations and UPPS No. 05.07.01 so that parking practices that currently receive a $40 fine are reduced to $20.
