Anniversary Trip

This year we celebrated 22 years of marriage.  Time has flown by. We have had some amazing times and some tough times but I wouldn't want to share it with anyone but Steve. We thought we'd take advantage of having Emmy home and took off for an overnight trip to Bryson City NC.
It was a quaint little town with beautiful scenery and beautiful waterfalls.
We found the road to nowhere.
Don't show Meg that high school is the road to nowhere!!
The tunnel that leads to nowhere
We loved the fun trees
It was over to quickly! We had a great time and laughed and enjoyed some kid free time.
This was a great discovery!!  Yummy BBQ!!!

Le Passport

Emmy's Passport came and she was thrilled!  The first in the family to have one!

Exploring Chattanooga

With Meghan gone to girls camp and Alyssa with grandma we thought that it would  be fun to spend Memorial Day exploring Chattanooga.
We decided to ride the incline railroad.  The steepest railway in the world.
It was very steep and Eli loved every minute of it!
It was fun to have our oldest and our youngest together for the day.  It was hot but fun.

Girls Camp/Lyssa to Ashton

As soon as school got out the activities began!
Meghan headed to girls camp.  She went a couple days earlier for High Adventure.
They went caving and had a bawl!
Following caving they went white water rafting.  According to Meghan it was the best girls camp ever.
Alyssa and grandma left to head to Ashton so they could be there for the Memorial Day Weekend.
Miss Lyssa was in heaven...
Aunts and Cousins....perfect start of summer
They made a memorial to Paul on a rock on grandma's property
