Hello!

For todays blogpost I have created some mini projects for you!

This is a PERFECT way to also use up your paper scraps as I hinted at in a previous post on the blog.
This time I have made some ATC cards ( artist trading cards ).

I was entering a corona cybercrop on Facebook and made Artist Trading Cards for the first time and I really enjoyed it! So I just wanted to do more and since I have so many gorgeous pieces of small papers left this was a perfect way to use them. I used the same technique with layering paper pieces as I did on my tip post earlier on the blog. I love the colors in the Family Heirloom collection and it feels like I can use it all the time. I don´t want to throw anything away really!

For the ATCs I also used this cute butterfly stamps that I colored in different colors to the cards. I wanted them to match but also just be a little bit different from each other. Used some of the glitter washi tape and it really makes them pop with a little bit of glitter on them. Last I also used some white gesso mixed with a little bit of water and just did some splashes over the card. I really LOVE having this splashes on my projects.

I used my old typewriter for the text on the cards.

If you haven´t tried making Artist Trading Cards this is the time for you to try it out I think, using up some of your smallest pieces of papers and stuff.

DIY Wallet Mini Book

Hello BoBunny Fans!

It's Denise here today, to share a cute wallet mini album, using the gorgeous Garden Grove collection.

This little album is so versatile that you can use it for gift cards and Birthdays or just pop it in your bag as a brag book. There are so many uses for this cutie!

Here's a look at the inside partitions. There are 3 partitions to hold tags and these were decorated with fussy cut bits, stickers and stamping.

Faux stitching was also used to give it that sewn look.

I wanted to leave lots of space for little notes, photos and journaling, so I also added a flip up folder on the last page.

The little tags also offer space for notes and photo's etc, but can be swopped out with a gift card and Birthday notes.

Mini Birthday Exploding Gift Box

Hello BoBunny friends!

It's Angela here to welcome you to the blog. Today, I would like to share with you a tiny cute project I made for my husband's birthday, a couple of weeks ago. It combines birthday card, mini album, gifts and the fun 'wow' effect of an exploding box. I made it with Count The Ways collection that I found perfect for the love theme of this little creation.

Opening the little box, the first you get is the surprise, of course. The box is stuffed with embellishments, tags and fringes on each of the flap and pocket. In the middle of the box there is enough space to hold a little object or a candy. Consider this for an extra surprise!

The box closed is a cube of 2 inches, without considering the embellishments on top. When it spreads, it measures 6 x 6 inches. In fact, I made it using the Count the Ways 6x8 paper pad.

Inside, I decorated the center with a scalloped circle punch and the XO letter in pink glitter. On the flaps of the box, I adhered lots of stickers, chipboards and many 'I Love You' phrases that I fussy cut from paper Count The Ways I Love You.

This paper contains the 'I Love You' phrase written in many fonts and colors and, if you are like me and love fussy cutting, it's perfect to decorate the mini.

Inside the flaps, I created small tags with colored backer twine, attached with a tiny attacher. On the tags, I placed some photo of 'us'. It's incredible how many different pieces can contain such a small project!

Not all the tags contain photos. Some of them hold the gifts for my hubby. The sticker sheet of Count The Ways collection have some cute tickets that were perfect for the occasion, especially during this quarantine time, where we are all at home with no possibility to go shopping.

Here is a close-up of the tags. They are a pretty cute gift, right?

On the lid of the box, I created a rosette with a heart and a crystal heart on top. Along the side of lid, I adhered a strip of paper with a lace effect. I made it using the beautiful heart lace that is in the stamp set of the collection. Last, I inserted a little Happy Birthday tag and voilà!

Hello BoBunny Fans, the most wonderful celebrations are coming and I am sure that everyone is happy to create something special for her beloved Mother.

I created a set of cards to celebrate Mother's Day and used the beautiful Garden Grove collection.

I started with die cutting the lattice frame . it's quite delicate and so great to use for the cards.

For one of the card I used only the die cut, however for the 2 other cards I used only the lattice plate to create the beautiful frame and used various paper, but the same green background.

Also I cut out the large flowers and the wreaths and embellished everything with the layered chipboard and jewel dots.

I love the new All occasion Sentiments dies, it's quite easy to get a bunch of cards by hand for any occasion indeed.

I hope you have liked my cards and will create something special for your Mum too.

Say I Love You Mom with DIY Cards

Hello BoBunny fans!

Emmy here today sharing my first project for May. Since Mother's Day is approaching this week is all about honoring all the mums out there. For my post I've decided to create cards using the amazing Count the Ways collection from BoBunny.

The bases for my cards I took from the Boxed Cards Set "Tuxedos & Tiaras". For the layers on top I used a smaller panel from white cardstock and an even smaller panel from pinkish pattern paper. I added extra pattern on the pink panel for my second card using clear stamp and brown ink. Then I inked their edges with brown ink and adhered them together using mounting foam tape. I added extra pattern on the pink panel for my second card using clear stamp and brown ink.

Once all the layers were secured I started decorating my cards. I die cut and fussy cut different embellishments from pattern paper and I added chipboard stickers from the chipboard set matching the collection.

For the word MOM I die cut the letter using pattern paper and BoBunny's Triple Play Alpha Die. I added also stripes of washi tape.

As a final touch I added pink rhinestones and I splashed some white shimmering mist on top of all layers.

I hope I managed to inspire you today!

Hello hello everyone!

Today I want to show you a Mother's Day card i made for my mother. I actually wanted to do a little bit of a different card this time so instead of using a colored digi or something like that I took a picture of my mother to use on the front side.

She also loves this heather color that is also similar to the color on this beautiful lilacs on the paper so this was a perfect paper to use for her. I did cut out some of the lilacs from the paper and use it as decorations on my card.

Some of the papers are perfect to cut out bits and pieces to use as decorations and so on and that is what I have done on this card. Also on the inside I decorated this card for her. Also used the sweet celebration stamps that has a lot of nice sentiment stamps for different occasions.

How to Make a Family Heirlooms Mother's Day Mini Album

Hi Crafty Friends!!

Here is Elisa and today I want to share with you my new project made with Family Heirlooms BoBunny collection: the mini album "Dear Mom".

I wanted to create a project for Mother's Day. First I thought about a nice card... But then I changed my mind. Due to the Lockdown, now I can see my Mom only in video calls. I miss her so much, I can't wait they give us the ok for visiting our relatives: she will be the first one for me!!!

So I decided to find out all the pictures we made in the last years and make a mini album for her!!! She appreciates my scrapbook projects, so I hope she will be happy about this!

When I saw for the first time the cardstock "Traditions" (side with bricks) I thought it would be perfect for a cover. So I used this one and the cardstock "Pedigree" (dotted side): I wanted to create a "quite modern" background and then layering on that some vintage elements (music sheet with violin, the distressed roses, the title made with typewriter keys).

I also decided to hand sew all the border with a very white thread (of course first I made all the holes before sewing.)

I decorated the spine with some die-cuts and a chipboard sticker medallion with the word Life.

In Family Heirlooms Noteworthy you can find very useful pieces!!! For example four tickets! I used one of them in a little pocket on the first page of the album.

I didn't use only the Notewothy package. I love fussy cutting... so I always study the papers in every collection to find some awesome element. Can you recognize the embellishment in the right corner?

Yes, I cut it on the Ancestors cardstock!

I used other two tickets for another pocket in the second page. As I did in the previous page, I put an eyelet on them and I tied a piece of burlap rope.

Every element can become a new pocket.

In this collection I found the right words for this album... This page shows one of out tradition...

And she will be so happy about the roses!! They are her favourite flower!!

In this page you can see how I uses three square elements (Trinkets cardstock) to make three flaps.

I used washi tape as hinge.

When we have a beautiful image on our cardstock we have to emphasize it! For example I didn't want to cover the woman on this page. But I added some other elements to create a layout.

As usual I also love to cut my pictures... I think that my mum is so nice in this photo (but the background was not the best...) so I give a new base to it!!!

This is a big pocket page. On the top I cut an oval space perfect for pull out the internal card.

I left some empty photo spaces for our next trips or days together.... I really want to take a lot of new picture with her!!

Family Heirlooms Mini Album with Denise

Hello BoBunny Fans

It's Denise here today with a mini album that I created from scratch, using the awesome Family Heirlooms. I absolutely love this vintage collection.

I used the beautiful rose paper to cover this album.

There are many tutorials on the web on how to create these albums, so today I just wanted to share some tips and tricks with you.

The first tip is that I created this album with an insert, which I left loose. One can obviously adhere it to the cover, but it makes it so much easier to work in the album itself, if it is loose of the cover.

The second tip is about folding the corners in nicely. Remember to cut and allow enough paper to fold round the thickness of the board or card you have used for the base, so that you don't leave a little hole when folding the corners in.

I created the insert/booklet by using same sized, folded papers and adhering then front to back. This is one of the easiest ways to create a book. You will see I also used corrugated board to cover the book and spine. Corrugated board is ideal for this, since it allows easy opening of the book because of the little folds being flexible and not rigid.

Use old, co-ordintaing envelopes for design features. These can be used to store and keepsake special notes and treasures.

When working in mini albums, one has always got to keep in mind that whatever you are adding is creating bulk and thickness. By using fussy cut bits and pieces, you can minimise bulk and still add pretty elements and layers.

Washi tape is also a great way to add prettiness to a page, without adding bulk. It is one of those products that we often forget about, but is so versatile and pretty.

Since this album is in a vintage style, I wanted to use some old book papers to accent the styling. I used some old dictionary papers that were yellowing and a little torn. These are perfect for vintage.

You will also see above that I used stamps to add another layer on these pages. Infact, on most of the pages I added stamping and I especially stamped sewn edges for styling purposes, created with BoBunny stamps.

The key to any little album is the various layers and accentuating the styling over and over with little bits and pretty elements. This does not mean one has to spend a fortune, just use the patterned papers thoroughly.

I could keep on showing you photo's of the album, but I think it is easier to get a feel for it, by showing you a little video. So here is a flip through and I hope you enjoy it.

5 Tips to Make a Pretty Mini Album with Angela

Hello crafty friends,

It's Angela here showing you a mini album made with the gorgeous Family Heirlooms collection by BoBunny. If you are new to scrapbooking mini album or, for any reason, don't feel comfortable with this type of project, let me share with you five tips that will make the easiest mini album the prettiest.

The size of the mini is 7 x 9 x 2 inches. It has a hard cover that I made with a piece of chipboard and covered with three different papers from Family Heirlooms collection, one light color for the outside cover, one darkest for the spine and a third different one for the inside cover.

The first tip I would give you to make a pretty mini album is to vary the size of the pages. Make some pages longer, smaller and wider.

You can also vary the shape of the pages, for example including a half circle page. You can even vary the size of the cover like I did in my mini where the front cover is narrower than the back cover.

The second tip is to include pockets. Making a pocket is very easy and it's fun to create hidden spaces where adding journaling or mirabilia.

In the pocket section I would reserve a special place to envelops. You can use real envelops or creating your own like I did here, using the WRMK 1-2-3 Punch Board.

To give even more interesting and secure its content, I created a closure with two brads and a piece of twine. This, introduce to my third tip.

Add texture using twine. Think of any twine, string, ribbon, fabric and lace. I used a piece of velvet ribbon for the closure of the mini and a piece of lace under the embellishments.

Also stitching is a great plus. You could stitch an embellishment or the profile of a page or close a pocket with a regular or a zigzag stitch.

The forth tip is about the embellishments themselves. Play with the embellishments! Let the embellishments guide you to create the page.

On the above page, I created a kind of notebook with a piece of patterned paper just to give a place to that beautiful fountain pen die-cut. On the page below, I folded the Family die-cut following the tile shapes of the design.

We arrived to my last tip, the fifth. This is the most creative of the tips I listed till now and it's definitely the one that I prefer.

Tip 5: include unexpected elements!

It isn't that difficult, sometimes it is the design of the patterned paper itself that guide you. What about a mini in the mini?

I made a little accordion mini album out of paper Family Heirlooms Ancestors and glued it on the circle page. Isn't it fun?

To secure it and avoid the accidental opening, I made a closure using again a piece of twine and a brad.

And what about buttons?

These Vintage Buttons cards were a wonderful opportunity to include in the mini album a few of my granny buttons.

Creating Embellishments with Stamps

Hello, BoBunny Friends, today Elena is here to share a few tips for creating your own embellishments.

Even if you are not an experienced stamper you can make embellishments for your cards, Layouts or mini albums with the stamps.

You can choose the patterned papers for stamping instead of the white cardstock. Actually you get the color tones that matches your projects and on the other hand , you get a more complicated and finished look of your embellishment after.

I made stamping on the musical notes.

If your stamps are more detailed it's better to use more plain background papers, however you can play with the color tones.

If you like using the flowers, leaves and vines , I suggest you to stamp them more than you need for the current project and then cut out them when you know exactly what you need and to keep the stamped images on the paper sheet

Also you can stamp with different color inks, but actually black, brown and olive are the most often I use.

The sky is the limit all you need is just give it a try. and of course, a bit of fussy cutting

How To Alter Your Scrapbook Layout Background

Hello BoBunny fans!

Emmy here today sharing a brand new layout I've created using the amazing Family Heirlooms collection from BoBunny's newest release. This post comes with a short tutorial on how I am altering my background paper and what products I use in the process. I hope you will enjoy it!

How to alter your background paper:

Step 1: Using a sponge dauber cover the middle part of the patter paper with a see through layer of gesso to soften the color. Let it air dry.

Step 2: Mark the position of your picture on the background paper with a pencil. Using clear stamps and black ink create your design around it. Let it air dry.

Step 3: Once the ink has dried, add a shimmering layer using glitter paste and a stickable stencil. Let it air dry.

Once your are satisfied with your background paper, continue to arrange your design.

To decorate my page I used fussy cut images and pre-cut embellishments from the Noteworthy pack matching the collection.

I also added die-cut embellishments, stickers and chipboard stickers.

As a final touch I added rhinestones, shimmering brads and rhinestone flourishes.

Tips for Creating a Shadow Box

Hi Crafty friends!!!

Here is Elisa and today I want to share with you my new project: the Hanging Layout "Beautiful Treasures"... As you can see there is a big frame (12" x 12"), a net made with golden twine and a Shadow Box (fixed on the net).

At the end of this post I'm happy to suggest you some tips to create Shadow Boxes and Frames without stress!! I hope they will be useful to you!

But first let me show you the project:
as you can see I used the Family Heirlooms BoBunny collection.

For the embellishment I used Stickers, Brads, Noteworthy, the wonderful Thickers (I really love neutral color... And this Alpha are great for me!!!)

I chose a romantic picture (we took it one week before our wedding day!!). SO nice moment!! Beautiful treasures, of course!

I also stick some of the chipboard stickers on the twine net: have you see the vintage buttons in this collection? The colors, the shapes, everything is perfect! SO realistic!

As you can see in this picture I also used one of the frame included in the collection. I chose the layered chipboard one. The bronze glitter reminds me the rust. And yes, I like grunge romantic project.

On the opposite corner I stuck some other elements: 3 label frames (chipboard stickers) and a mannequin, other great vintage elements!!! The roses on the mannequin remind to the roses on the main sector of the LO.

But now..... Let me give you some tips!!! First of all, let's speak about shadow box!!

Here you can see the typical scheme for shadow box... Every time I made a new one, I look at it, so I'm sure to remember how many lines I have to score on each side of the paper! (Remember that score line number 5 is really really short: you only have to reach the second perpendicular score line, so I suggest you to score 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 on each side and then go on with 5!)
Of course the FIRTS and the most important TIP is: be precise!!

Another typical scheme: here you can see how to cut the corners!!
As you can se I named all the sectors: A are the most external.... D are the inner.
Remember that A & C tell us how much large will be the borders.
B & D tell us how much deep they will be.

And now my SECOND TIP: after you score all the lines and cut the corners, take again your trimmer and cut away a 1/8 stripe from each side (the yellow stripes in next scheme):

Finally my THIRD TIP is about the assembling...
1) fold sector A & B on sector C & D;
2) put some glue on sector A;
3) fold again A & B + C & D on the main base of the shadow box.
In this way, you will get a perfect squared section
(I suggest you to watch the video to understand better all the steps)

And now let's speak about FRAME
Tips and process are very similar to the shadow box, of course... First of all, you have to realize the 4 sides of the frames... This is a scheme:

Again, the FIRTS and the most important TIP is: be precise!!

Second scheme: how to cut the little corner:

Remember that A & C tell us how much large will be the borders.
B & D tell us how much deep they will be.

SECOND TIP: after you score all the lines and cut the corner, take again your trimmer and cut away a 1/8 stripe from the A sector (the yellow stripe in next scheme):

Finally my THIRD TIP is about the assembling.
1) fold sector A & B on sector C & D;
2) put some glue on sector A;
3) fold again A & B + C & D on last sector (the one with no letter).
In this way, you will get a perfect squared section
(I suggest you to watch the video to understand better all the steps)

When you stick together the four part, help you with a triangle ruler.

How to Use Leftover Paper with Malin

Hello hello and welcome back!

Today I want to give you 3 tips on how to use up your left over papers. I know we all have them right? At least I do, and a lot too. Making new projects all the time leaves you with so much paper scraps and then you have just piles and piles with so many beautiful small pieces of papers. And I at least DON`T want to throw it away. Because this beautiful paper does cost money, right?

So I will show you today what I usually do with my paperscraps.
I will also have a video for you on youtube where I show you how I make this small projects with my left overs.

First of all I often use the bigger pieces of my papers and create paper backgrounds on cards. I can also use it for layouts or on my project life cards. But most of the time I make cards and when I use this on my cards I have a bunch of ready to go cards to use and the only thing I need to do is to decorate it for the occasion I want to use it for later on. I do sizes as 15x15cm, 10x15cm and 10x10 cm. This is the most common sizes I use.

The second thing I use the paperscraps for are to making flowers! I love making this easy lollipop flowers, and this is something I can easily do in front of the tv if I would like to! Also a perfect little small project to do when looking at you tube.
I think they are so cute and you can make them with or without glitter. A perfect way of also using brads!

The last thing I use to do is small banners. Small banners that I can use as decorations on both cards and layouts etc. Perfect to use up all small stripes that has been left from my papers that you usually throw away because you can´t use them for so many things.
This - it´s perfect!

Envelope Notebook using Garden Grove with Denise

Hello BoBunny Fans

I hope that you are all staying safe and well in these trying times.

Today I am sharing an envelope notebook/mini album using the beautiful Garden Grove.

I am absolutely infatuated with little envelope notebooks, folios and mini albums currently and they have brought me such joy and fun in the creative process.

They are also fabulous little gifts and a great way to use up old envelopes and little scraps and bits of paper.

If you look on the web there are many tutorials on how to create these envelope notebooks/mini albums and so today I am not going to show you how to make one, but I would like to share some tips and tricks with you.

If you use older envelopes, you might find that they are rather thin, especially on the folds. So one way that you can re-inforce them, is with washi tape. This ensures that they won't split and will stay intact through all the opening and folding. See below.

When making these notebooks, one also does not want too much bulk and so even though you add papers, photo's, pockets etc. a way of adding elements, without bulk, is stamping. These are lovely design elements and don't add bulk.

In this notebook/album I added a little booklet of different sized papers etc. for journalling. This is a great way to use up little bits and pieces of patterned paper, of different sizes. I sewed the little booklet insert together and then adhered the back page to the notebook.

Here is a look at the sewn centre below. I, again, added stamping and drew some pencil lines for journalling.

I did create some pockets and for this pocket below, I added a stamped sentiment tag.

A great way to add interest on pockets, is by creating a punched edge, as shown below. I used eyelets and thin twine for the tags.

A design element that I use over and over and is so simple to do, is to use a fine-liner to go around the edges of the pages. It just gives them a finished and clean look. Faux stitching on the pockets also adds interest and is also a really easy design element.

I created a little video to show you all the little pockets, booklet and elements of this notebook/album.

Easter Gift with Angela

Hello BoBunny friends!

Angela here on the blog to show you a new project made with Garden Grove collection and some Double Dot papers but first of all, let me wish you a Happy and Peaceful Easter.

During these tough days of social distancing, I had a lot of time to play and a lot to think. What I struggle the most is thinking to my old mom all alone in her house. At the moment, I don't know what will be the situation and if we will have the possibility to spend Easter together. For this reason I decided to make a little present to cheer her and her home up.

I created a wreath made of simple DIY flowers and the phrase 'Happy Easter' in the center.

I started choosing some pretty papers from Garden Grove collection as a base of the wreath. Particularly, I chose paper Spring that has tiny dots in yellow, pink and orange and I cut it in a big scalloped circle of 9 inch diameter.

I cut a second circle of 7 inch out of vellum and centered it on top of the scalloped one.

Following the combo of paper Spring, I picked some Double Dot papers in the same coordinated colors, to create the flowers.

Making this type of flowers is very simple. I cut a circle of about 5 inch diameter. With a pencil, I drew a spiral inside the circle, leaving about 1/4 inch between each line. I cut along the line with a pair of scissors and then, I rolled up, starting from the outside edge. Last, to secure the flower I used hot glue.

The phrase Happy Easter is a combination of a chipboard and letters. Easter is from the Garden Grove chipboard stickers and Happy is made with gold foil foam stickers.

Below the phrase, I added some Easter eggs and a super cute white Easter bunny. I finished embellishing with some colorful butterfly chipboards and a pair of wreath tails on the bottom of the wreath and voilà!

Spring Mini Album with Elena

Hello BoBunny Friends, it's Elena's turn to bring you a Spring inspiration with Garden Grove collection.

I found a Cascade fold chipboard mini album in my stash and chose it because of the acrylic tulip on the cover.

I covered the tulip with the paper and colored the acrylic part with the alcohol inks.

Last year on April we traveled to Georgia - a country in Caucasus with an ancient history. So I used a few photo shots made there.

Since the trees started blooming that time it was such a pleasure to enjoy the colors and the mountains.

To keep the memories I used Harmony thickers to fix the month we have been there.

It was the week before Easter and I wanted to fix it too, so added the Bunny layered chipboard.

We visited the monastery with a beautiful garden before our climb on Kazbek mountain.

Everywhere in the old city Tbilisi wisteria was blooming, so I couldn't miss it

Easter Cards with Garden Grove

Hello BoBunny fans!

Emmy here today sharing a few Easter cards I've created using the lovely Garden Grove collection from BoBunny's newest release. The soft colour palette and the cute bunny images make this collection perfect for the occasion!

For my card base I used smooth white cardstock. I cut off two 20 x 30 cm panels and I folded them in two. Then I cut slightly larger panels from brown cardstock and pattern paper, inked their edges and adhered them to the card bases.

For the main picture I used printed panels from a 12" pattern paper. I matted them on a white cardstock and adhered them using mounting foam tape. Then I used various fussy cut images and die cut shapes to decorate my cards.

I also added paper flowers and die-cut foliage.

As a final touch I added different colors pearls and I sprinkled white glimmer mist on top of all layers.

I hope I managed to inspire you today!

Spring Mini Album Inspiration

Hello Crafty friends!

Here is Elisa and today I want to share with you a Spring Mini Album made with the colorful BoBunny Collection "Garden Grove"!!

Three years ago I and my Hubby had a trip to Turin (to celebrate our 10 years together). Till now I haven't created a Mini Album to take memory about this trip. So I decided to use those pictures for this project!!!

The album has a double cover... The external (in chipboard covered with patterned cardstock) and another one inside, made with cardstock (I used white Bazzill for it).

For the binding, I only made some holes on the cardstock cover and on the pages and pass some pieces of thin cord to keep them together, as you can see in the video.

Every page in the album reveals some secrets... Hidden tags, particular locking systems... I have a lot of fun making them!!

I have fun cutting the picture too!!! For example, I cut the picture below because I didn't want to cover to much the background.

Sometimes, when I place my pictures, I also cut parts of the page to fix a corner of the picture under it: can you see the flower on the lower right part of the page?

You can do it, but remember that then you must cover the cut on the other side on the cardstock!! (Very often I cover the cuts with another picture).

Another locking system:

In this project I used a lot of Foil Transfers Alpha. I love them when I don't have enough space for the Thickers Alpha.

But when I have enough space... I love Thickers!!! And the Garden Grove one is great!

This collection is great because we have very colorful pattern carstocks, but neutral ones too:

On the back cover I created a big vertical pocket: the main aim of this pocket is keeping the album and the chipboard cover together. But I also used the pocket for my memorabilia.

Once I filled the album with pictures and embellishment, I decide to add a main closing system (2 eyelets and a piece of thin white cord), because I filled it a bit too much, eheheh.

And now some schemes to realize the main structure!!! (Scoring quotes in red); when you have the main structure, you can personalize it with all the flaps, pockets and tags you want, of course!!!

Ribbon Birthday Card with Denise

Hello BoBunny Fans

It's Denise here today, to share a special ribbon Birthday card with you.

I used the Garden Grove stamp to create various backgrounds and features for this card.

I created a little tie for this card too, as a feature and also to keep the card neatly closed.

This card houses 3 tags in a little pocket for various messages and sentiments, along with lots of other areas for messages etc. and perhaps a little more personalized stamping,

Above is what the card looks like without the tags in the pocket and below is a look at the 3 individual tags.

I am going to use this card for a very special 50th Birthday for my sister, where I will add some photo's, messages and little sentiments.

I also created a video tutorial to show you the creative process.

Hello BoBunny Friends, hope you are enjoying the Springtime

I like the Springtime for it's colors and specially for the first flowers. All these you can find in a brand new collection Garden Grove

I have enjoyed the fussy cutting process while creating this Layout. I mixed large flowers with the smaller ones, and arranged everything around the photo of my daughter.

Never thought that you need to have a patience for this since it was quite easy to do.

I combined the flowers from several paper sheets and I love how they match each other. Also I used the card and it has a watercolor butterfly wing that I attached to the photo to create the feeling of a girl with the wings. It has almost suit the color of the hoodie my girl wore.

To keep the butterfly presence I cut out several butterflies too.

And added a few small vines around the flowers clusters . Adore to work on the details.

Hello BoBunny fans!

Emmy here today sharing a brand new layout I've created using the adorable Garden Grove collection from BoBunny's newest release. The soft colour palette and the cute images make this collection perfect for any occasion!

For my background I used the lce cardstock and pattern paper. I cut off 2 cm from two sides of the pattern paper, distressed its edges and adhered it on top of the cardstock as shown.

Once both papers were adhered, I stamped the fake stitches along the edges of the pattern paper and the distressed design in the middle of it. When the ink has dried I sprinkles shimmering mist on top. To add extra colour to my background I used washi tapes from the pack matching the collection.

I layered my picture on a slightly larger panel of cardstock from the 6x6" Paper pad and adhered it to the background using mounting foam tape.

To decorate my layout I used fussy cut embellishments from different pattern papers, stamped butterflies and paper roses.

I added layered chipboard images as well.

For my title I used a pink Thickers Alphabet from American Crafts.

As a final touch I added flourish jewels and rhinestones.

Hi Crafty Friends!!

Today I share with my my new LO!!! A clean and simple project. Do you recognize the collection!? Yes, it's Garden Grove!! There are many colorful card stock papers in this collection, but there are also some vintage neutral ones... let me show you the project!!

For the base of the LO I used the black and white striped side of the "Lovely"card stock.
On the left side of the page, you can see a piece of the "Remember" card stock (ivory side, with handwritten words...).

The other side of "Remember" card stock is purple, with some wonderful white roses!! I fussy cut them and I created a base for the picture.
For the title I used one of the Family Heirlooms Layered Chipboard pieces.

White roses are so beautiful! On the "Remember" stripe on the left I glued a long die cut (Coffee Lace Double Dots)

I also used some pearls (Garden Grove Candy Dots) to highlight the main part of the LO (around the picture).

Here you can see the layering.

And here you can see the Tuxedo Brads!! Three different sizes, three different shapes!

On the left higher corner I create a banner composition with the cardstock I used in this project.
I glue on the a Butterfly Laser Cut Chipboard. So elegant!!

Vintage Inspired Scrapbook Layout

Hello hello!

Today I have been playing with the collection Garden Grove and I made a little vintage looking layout for you. I love this vintage look and I have also used a paper from the Family Heirlooms collection that I did some cutouts from and used as decorations. They fit perfectly well together I think.

I love that you can combine a lot of the papers from other collections into your projects when working on some specific collection. Many can be used as cutouts decorations, I love that!

I made a very simple and easy layout for this one since I thougt there was so much pattern in the papers and I wanted the photo to pop a little bit.I also wanted to se the beautiful flowers in the paper and don´t put to much layers on it. The photo is printed in sepia to fit with the papers.

I used the paper with cameras and alphabets from the family heirlooms collection.I cut the cameras out and used as decorations and the letters to build my text.

I did put on some pearls since they give the layout a little bit of a shine and makes it pop.

I hope you will like it.
I love that this collection can be used for other projects than just easter projects.
