My big boy all tired out from Kindergarten. Nate has been going to bed right around 7 p.m. We read, talk and pray for about 3o minutes and then lights are out. He falls right to sleep. I checked on him the other night and I found the footballs in bed with him. He loves sports... I wonder where he gets that from. HEHE!!

The first week of school went well. Nate LOVES kindergarten!!! We live a few blocks from our school so Nate thinks he has to ride his bike every day. He still has his training wheels on his bike and I was nervous that he'd be the only kid with training wheels... NOPE, there are a few kinder kids that rode their bike with the training wheels. I'm pretty sure that we can take the tr. wheels off but too scared to let my baby go without them. Rob has been practicing with Nate but I'm still not ready to take that risk. Nate rides his bike with his buddies and Addison, Ty and I follow in the joggin buggy. After dropping Nate off, the little ones and I go jogging!!Walking in on the first day...

My sister Sandi is a teacher and started back to work a few weeks ago. Every year when she starts back she turns VERY crabby!!! I'm scared of her.. hehe!!! Anyway, I felt bad for her because her summer was over so I called mom and told her we needed to surprise her with a little gift. Well, that little gift turned into a big gift. That's right, Sandi got a new Coach purse.... my mom ROCKS!!!! She was so excited!!! I had just bought myself a new Coach purse myself so I thought we needed to get her one too!! My mom is so sweet and giving!!! Nate, Addison and Ty also gave her a gift card to Sonic because we all know that every teacher deserves "HAPPY HOUR" every single day!

We took our last trip of the summer to San Antonio. We went with our friends Chris and Lisa and thier little boy Jacob. The La Cantera resort is where we stayed for two nights. Fun!!
