We decided to take the kids to the mountains for their first white Christmas! We drove straight to Taos from my parents, only 13 hour drive. Taos was so beautiful! It snowed a lot while we were there. Nate and Addison snowboarded while Ty skied. After day 1, Ty was done with it. He just wanted to play in the snow. We had no Internet connection for four days; time to chill with the family and soak in all of God's beauty!!

We celebrated Christmas with parents a few days before the 25th. My parents go above and beyond for us every year. It is so fun to watch the kids open their presents and buckets. We only got to spend a few hours with them because we had a 13 hour drive to Taos! Thanks mom and dad for being so awesome!!!!

We've been crazy busy around here. We started off the week with a baseball Christmas party. Since then, we've had a cookie party at Amanda's, school parties, packing for our ski trip, Santa came to visit, met with people about hard wood floors and now Rob and I our watching CP high school play for state! Go Timberwolves!!!! We are getting up early for Christmas at my parents and then we are headed to the mountains. Woohoo!! Merry Christmas friends!!!

We are going skiing over Christmas so I won't get to see my grandparents. My mom, kids and I loaded up to go visit them. It was such a wonderful day. My granddad is 89 and grand mom is 84, I'm so blessed that they are still alive. Then I came home and turned on the news, heart breaking!! All those beautiful kids! Praying for all the families involved.
