down at belle island that i missed because
of work. boo to working on saturdays!!!

little artist
a couple nights ago we let cailin get crazy with some
paints. she had a blast painting her canvas,
diaper, legs and face. she was very into it and had
so much fun getting messy. the finished product
isn't too shabby either. i mean for a 17 month old.

the last night of our camping trip brady and i
kept ourselves very busy making fire art with our
camera. im sure our neighbors thought
we were big dorks, but we were entertained
for a couple hours. check out our best designs!!

happy birthday dad
tomorrow is my dad's 58th birthday. this post is just
a little bday shout out to him. HAPPY B-DAY DAD!!!

here are his five kids that he's been an amazing father to.
i couldn't ask for a better dad. i've always felt lucky to have
him as my dad. he's always been very interested in my life
and i've always felt so much love and support from him.

WV Rock Climbing
This past weekend brady and i got away for a
camping/climbing trip. we had the best time.
it was beautiful and we had great weather.
we spent 2 full days hiking and rock climbing at the
new river gorge in west virginia. it was so nice to spend
time just the two of us. a BIG thank you goes out to my
mom, matty and jess for taking cailin over the weekend.

this was a crazy hard climb that brade mastered.
it was awesome.
i took the rope up to the top, and then
gathered all our gear after we had both
climbed the route. i felt pretty cool.
