Christmas Letter 2012
Merry Christmas to all and Peace on Earth is what we all
hope for Christmas~ right?
We are now officially “empty nesters” after the exciting
wedding of Amber and Casey this year. We love the peace and Quiet but my home
is crawling with Grandchildren every day or so and we wouldn’t have it any
other way! We have 14 and 2 on the way.
We LOVE our Sunday dinners with the kids and all the times we get to see
them at dance classes or just a visit! I’d say we have the best life one could
ask for!
We miss Amber and Casey who now live in Utah, and Zach and Kate and their little family
that are now in the great state of Washington but we know they are happy and
isn’t that all that really matters these days when we have Skype and other of
Gods great creations to keep us connected? We had a nice drive in the moving
van to Washington and had a good time traveling together…I’m thinking when Dave
retires we might want to be truck drivers…lol.
Dave and I had a fun packed summer with BYU clog camp and
family reunion up at Willow flats in Idaho. It brought back good memories of all
the fun we use to have with our children and Dave’s parents. It was fun to see
that our children have the same “fun” we had not so long ago! The 4th
of July was really fun up there.
Dave and I went to the San Diego Zoo and Safari Land and the
Southern California Clogging Convention in August and enjoyed that time we had
just being together. We are still in Love after 37 years of marriage. AMAZING!
We are now planning a cruise this coming year to Alaska in July. It has been on
the bucket list for years!
Dave is teaching
Sunday Gospel Doctrine class and I teach the temple prep class, off and
on when they have it, and I am the stake girls camp leader so we keep busy in
the church still.
Well thanks for all your love through the year…we feel it as
we send love your way. May you have a wonderful Merry Christmas and a Happy new
year!
Love Dave and Brenda Larsen
