Well, here's a picture of our house. Nothing too fancy, but we sure are happy with it! We got the front yard weeded and the grass is starting to green up again. It is even greener now than when I took this picture a few days ago. We also have some really pretty lillies growing in front of our downstairs window.I pulled out one rose bush that was on the left hand side of the stairs and totally cut back the rose bush that was on the right hand side. I think the previous owners were going for a climbing rose effect up the sides of the stairs, but it wasn't really working. Hopefully the one rose I kept will come back nicely next year. We'll fertilize it this fall and stuff. Anyway, on the left side of the stairs I put in a new whiskey barrel planter and some new flowers. I'm pretty happy with it.
And now, because I can't resist, here are some cute pictures of the kids. Kyle's was taken just a week ago, but the girls' were done about a month ago when we were still in Chula Vista.
Chloe is doing some of her typical furniture acrobatics, depsite the fact that we are constantly reminding her that the furniture is not the playground. Sarah's picture is of her and her doll Jenniffer (originally named Marina). She loves her doll.
