Scotty & Sydnie turn 2
This is a late posting...as most of mine are these days. February 16th was the fun day when they turned 2. My sis-in-law and nephews came down with my parents and we went to the LB Aquarium. Then we celebrated with a small family party on the 15th. My sis-in-law & mom made this fabulous cake the kids totally loved! and I did too! After the weekend here we all drove up to my parents together and spent "ski week" up there. I'll make another post of our fun times up there (I say "up" cause my parents live north of us in the Bay Area).

Thomas was the engine, then there was a green coal car (with chocolate covered raisins, then a butterfly car with a flower drawn on it, then a caboose that was supposed to be purple but the food coloring just wasn't working for us.
Shelbie wanted to make party hats for everyone...she made 3 and then got bored with it or just wanted to play around with hers on. So I finished the project and made these.
