The 4 Amigos

Well Memphis football just plain sucked this year!!! We still went to the UT vs. Memphis game. It was a spanking that's for sure. It was still a fun time. That's all that matters, right?? We hadn't seen my aunt and cuz in awhile so we tailgated with them and then my dad and bro came by. My brother has switched to liking UT, boo:( Last year's trip to Knoxville converted him..LOL

Here are a few pictures we took with a photographer. She did such a great job. It started raining during our session but she didn't mind and neither did we. It was such a good time. Pax actually smiled during some it..LOL

The below picture is of Pax this time last year. I can't believe how much he has changed. He was just starting to cruise furniture now he runs all over the place. This cage was his favorite thing now he hardly pays it attention. What a difference a year makes!!! I love looking back at his little baby pictures:) Although it does make me sad, time is just flying bye.

With Christmas right around the corner, it's time to start thinking about Christmas cards. Lately I have seen several bloggers post about http://www.shutterfly.com/. I decided to check it out myself. Let me just say I am so glad I did. I have never personally used shutterfly but a lot of my friends have posted albums on there. I took the time to look around and they have so much to offer. Of course right now, they have a ton of Christmas cards to choose from. The picture one's are so cute!! It will be hard picking out pictures to use. Below are a few of my faves:

Mimi took Pax to chuck E Cheese one day when she kept him. She wanted to take him to the zoo but it rained that day so Chuck E Cheese it was. Back to chuck E Cheese, they(we) had a blast. Joe and I did join them. He wasn't scared on anything and ready for it all. Our little carefree spirit!! He rode the little rides and played the games like nobody's business. We went during the week and it was no nice. No crowds and not a lot of kids running wild. It was a very nice time had by all

Today, you are 22 months. You are so close to 2, we just can't believe it. Little man, you have changed so much over the past month. Independent should be your middle name. Nothing stands in your way that's for sure. You are starting to talk so much, so many words flow from that sweet mouth. I know you will be putting words together soon. My favorite words you say are backpack and baby, I could just eat you up. Fits are starting to rear there ugly head but we are working on that. Terrible 2's came a little to early.ha/ha
You are such a joy to be around and smile 98% of the time. When we say bye-bye you automatically start blowing kisses. Sweet boy!! I could go on and on but I will leave this one short and sweet. You are out little piece of heaven. We love you to the moon and back!!

Halloween weekend several of us girls from work walked in race 4 the cure. I have joined them the past 3 years and it's such a fun time. There were sooooo many people there. They announced the total as 19,000. WOW, how awesome is that! This is such a great cause. It was amazing to see so many survivors and women currently fighting breast cancer at the race. They is such a inspiration. I hope to continue to this year after year.

A few weeks back we went to a fall fest. We took Katie with us, too. It was so much fun. All of us really enjoyed it. There was so much to do, we didn't make it to everything. We know next year to get there early so we have time for all they offer. Katie really liked all the inflatable slides. Pax liked the games and animals the most. Of course is favorite thing of all was being out of the stroller.lol

We had lots of company over Halloween. It was a full house for sure. However, it was a blast. Nothing like having family and friends over. Pax did great and had so much fun. It was so interested in what people were putting in his bag. Of course he wanted to eat the candy non-stop. I can't say that I blame him:)
