Christmas #1

A few days before Christmas we celebrated with my dad.  We ate dinner, watched movies and of course did some presents.  It was a fun,fun night.  Pax and Cory made some cookies and they were so good. P always loves when poppy, Cory and Courtney come and visit.  While they were here we watched the Griswold's, love that movie..It's a Christmas tradition by all account's.

Cookie Fun

We had some friends over and my mom to make cookies.  The boys loved it but of course lost interest really quick.  They decorated a few and then the rest was left up to us adults.  Never fear though, we had a blast doing it:)  The boys also exchanged presents so of course that was the hit of the night.  P got a little laptop and he has played with it so much.  I love the holiday's and all the fun and excitement it brings.

Helper in the Kitchen

P loves to help in the kitchen.  The other morning he helped me make some blueberry muffins.  Don't mind that he is wearing Halloween jammie's.  Hey, it's what he picked out.  It's so fun to watch him help in the kitchen.  He gets all into stirring and pouring. My sweet little boy!!

Gingerbread Fun

A few weekends ago we went to aunt Stacey's house.  We ate dinner and made a gingerbread house.  P had  the best time making it.  I just knew he would be eating all the candy but he actually decorated.  P had wonderful help with daddy, aunt kk and aiden.  All of them had a great time.  It really puts you in the Christmas spirit.  We all had a great time!!!  Can't believe it's almost time for Christmas:)

Rocky Top

The weekend before Thanksgiving we surprised my brother with a trip to Knoxville.  To say he was surprised was a under statement.  It was fun and very special.  This was his Christmas present and he fore sure loved it!!  We all had a blast and got to see a lot of Knoxville.  We ate good food and took in a very fun football game. I am not a fan of UT but it was a very good game.  The game went into over time.  Such a great time and can't wait to go back.

Trim The Tree

The day after Thanksgiving we put the tree up.  P has loved it and will not leave the ornament's alone.  We left the non-breakables on the bottom.  Needless to say the bottom of the tree in bunched up with ornaments since he moves them 10x's a day.  Oh well at least he has fun.  Although he has gotten in trouble a few time's for being to rough with the tree.  He also loves the manager and playing with baby JESUS and the lamb.  Those are the 2 he wants every single time.  We have really had fun talking to him about JESUS's upcoming birthday.  That's the main reason:)
