The 4 Amigos

This year was a low key Halloween. It rained all day but stopped in time for us to do some trick or treating. Pax was so excited about getting more candy. He was so funny at the doors. He would just talk to the people and talk about the candy,oh that boy. Caleb had a mild fever and tugged at his ear but he chilled in the stroller and we didn't stay out to long. Pax was happy so that's all that mattered;)

I can't not believe c is 1!! I feel like I just had him. This year has flown bye and it makes me so sad. I am glad c is doing so well since he was a preemie. Although he is tiny his motor skills are right in track. I will do a whole 1 year post once he has his 1 year check up..the cat in the hat party was great!!

Joe, aunt Jane,shaylee and ensley took the boys to the pumpkin patch a week ago. Everyone loved it and it was c's first time at a pumpkin patch. Joe said he really loved the hayride and just smiled the whole time. Of course p loved riding the train and running around with ensley doing everything. P painted one of his pumpkins he got and took it to school and he was so proud of it. This is technically c's 2nd Halloween but i say last year's doesn't count since he was in the NICU. He actually gets to dress up this year and he is going to be a cute mickey mouse. P is going to be captain America. I will post some pictures after Halloween, hopefully. This weekend c turns 1,sniff sniff..

Man I can't keep up with blogging as much as I try too. Can't believe c will be 1 next week. Where in the world has the time gone?? We are gearing up for the party and Halloween. October is a crazy,busy month;)

We just got back from Walt Disney world!! It was so much fun. Seeing Disney with your children was just unbelievable. Our 4 year old just lit up at the sights and rides our 10 month old loved the characters and just grinned every time he saw anything with Mickey on it.. My parents and friends and there little boy also had a good time.. Can't wait to go back one day!! Truly is a magical place;)

Can't believe you are 10 month's old. Seems like i should still be pregnant with you. You are such a happy go lucky little man. Smiles and laughs all the time! Although your brother likes to mess with you a little too much and you get irritated with him,which i don't blame you. For the most part you are good eater, you love big people food and so badly want to eat everything we do. At night around 8:30 you let us know it's time to eat and go to bed. You sure don't mess around with that. C you sure don't sleep good, you still get up at night and naps are hit and miss. Hope you like sleeping here soon:) You are crawling all over the place and sure are fast. We can sit you down and you are off! Lately you have started to stand by yourself for a few moments and are starting to cruise the furniture. I am not ready for you to be a walker,to me you should still be my little baby:) C you are such a blessing and we love you to the moon and back!!

We had caleb's 9 month picture's done last month and i love them. A friend of a friend took them and she did great. We were really pleased with how they turned out. C did have a black eye in the pictures but it looks cute on him:) That is the stage of life we are in. I can't believe he will be 10 months old tomorrow. Tomorrow pax starts his last year at hope preschool and next year it will be kindergarten. Time sure goes by fast!!

To be a kid again and have the summer's off. Pax has really been into swimming and anything water related this summer. We got this fun sprinkler out and he had the best time. I even joined the fun. Moments like that are those that i will cherish a lifetime. The unplanned FUN moments!! It was much fun running through the sprinkler and of course p thought it was the funniest thing ever.

Caleb is 9 month's old and a few days. I can't believe it, i know i say that all the time. C- you are such a happy baby and smile more than anything. However, when you get mad you get MAD and you want what you want ASAP!! The happy over shadow's that. You are a mover, you go from one side of the house to the other like nobodies business. If we can't find you,you are usually by a plant or in your brother's room. Which drives your brother crazy, he doesn't like you messing with his toys..lol!! We are working on that.. Your brother loves you but he picks on you a lot as well. You love food and would big people food all day if we would let you. Soon buddy! Everything goes in your mouth and you have 3 teeth with one the way. You are not a good sleeper..We are about to go through sleep boot camp,wish us luck. You still wake up once a night and are a light/restless sleeper:( Fact's about you: eating 6oz or 5oz at every feeding love food,period crawl all over the place pulling up on everything as well love bath's all toys go in the mouth your brother and dad can make you belly laugh like no tomorrow..cutest thing ever!!! you are ticklish you like to rub your ear when having a bottle you wear size 3 diapers and 6-9 month clothing and some 9 month we go to the doctor next week,i will add your stats we love you to the moon and back

I just love summer!! Everything is so much more relaxed and enjoyed;) I am not caring for the hot,hot days but we are making the best if it. Lots of pool,sprinkler and Popsicle time! P has really taken to swimming and decided he didn't need arm floats anymore. He does pretty well,can't believe it!!

We went and had a visit with baba,my great grandmother and the boys great grandmother!! She is such a wonder lady and a blessing to have in our life;)

Not much going these days beside pool time and running around!! So far we have had a great summer and only 2 months until Disney. I can't wait and I know pax will love it. Of course c will be to young but he will enjoy looking at everything. His head is always looking around at something..lol!! Just can't believe he will be 8 months old tomorrow.. I want my little baby back:(
P is wanting to swim or be outside everyday which is great but man it's hot!! That's all for now;)
Oh, we had fun celebrating dads on Father's Day!! Pax was so excited to give his dad the gift he picked out. Such a fun day and memories made;)

Summer is here and in full swing. Life has been pretty busy lately. P started tball,my sister graduated high school and just ton' s of other things. I have loved every minute of the business!!! P loves tball and ask almost every day if he has a game. They are so funny at this age,they all run to the ball like vultures. Can't wait to see what sport he loves and chooses to play if any. So far he has loved both soccer and tball.
Caleb is growing so much!! He rolls everywhere and is starting to scoot. I can't believe it,where did my tiny baby go.. He weighed 14.3 at the doctor which is good for him!! He still loves his food;)
My sister graduated and it was so awesome to see!! She is so smart and has come such a long way. The hubby and I are giving her a party this weekend for graduation and turning 18!! Makes me feel really old..lol

C has been eating squash for about 2 weeks. This week we tried carrots and loved them. I am hoping he is going to be a good eater unlike his brother. We started c in veggies instead of fruit. So hopefully that will help c like veggies. P loves fruit but is not a fan of veggies. Here is trying to get this little man to like veggies. I have been making the veggies and I actually like it and its so much better for him.

This Mother's Day was busy but a very special one. Friday we had a couples baby shower for my sister in law. It was nice and super cute;) we had to rush and pick up the boys and get ready for Saturday morning. We had to be at church Saturday for a little brunch and special service for Caleb's dedication. We had 8 family members come who will help us in our journey to raising Christian young men. Caleb's great grandmother prayed over him and it was very special. It was a great,meaningful time. Then the boys and I took my mom out for lunch for Mother's Day.
Sunday Caleb was presented to the church and that was so great. It's great to see all the littles being dedicated and parents making that promise. After church we were going to go to the zoo but Caleb had a bad cough and runny nose so we skipped the zoo. We all spent the day together and joe cooked me a steak dinner. I had a great Mother's Day and loved my presents. Pax made a painting and card at school. The best was a questionnaire he filled out,hilarious!!
