Easter weekend was party packed and we loved it. We started off the weekend on Friday night at a VLF (Virginia Law Families) Easter Egg Hunt at the law school. They had it in the garden in the middle of the school. Lots of families came and it was a beautiful spring day. Lincoln didn't fully grasp the whole "collect eggs" idea, but he loved holding the eggs and opening and closing them.
While the other children ran to find the eggs, Lincoln found a cozy spot on a bench with 2 eggs...

On Saturday night I had the Young Women's general broadcast. We had a dinner and a program at our presidents house, Emily Evans, with all the young women and their moms. The dinner and program was lovely and the conference was wonderful. So grateful for my calling, I absolutely LOVE it.
Sunday was a rainy Easter morning. Claire had come to visit the Michael Mellors early that week on Wednesday and then Michael drove her down on Saturday to come spend a couple days with us. Michael stayed for a night and we loved hanging out with him. We enjoyed an Easter breakfast together and then Michael headed back up to Maryland.
Claire brought her amazing camera and got some great pictures (Sorry for overload, it's just so nice to have such great quality pics!)

After church we had an Easter dinner with our friends Candice and Kayle Buchanan, and Briana and Nate Weir. They have girls the same age as Lincoln and are such great friends of ours.

I had to make sure we saved this home somewhere. This building is a building for UVA, we want to model our future home after it. We love the Virginia Style! Amazing.
