Mr. and Mrs. Stack

On Wednesday, May 26th, Neil's sister Leah got married to Ryan (and Aiden).
The 1st of many wedding ceremonies/parties was at the Chapel of the Good Shepherd at St. Mark's Hospital so that Ryan's grandpa could be in attendance.

Here's Neil's brother Blake and the oldest grandchild, Ava before the ceremony.

Faculty vs. 9th Graders Softball Game

On Wednesday, we had a softball game between the faculty and the 9th graders. I couldn't go, but it looked like a lot of fun!
I love this picture of Troy!

Doug must have hit it pretty far!
Annie was our pitcher.

Nicole and Troy rounding the bases

Dr. Hadlock (he had hilarious facial expressions in all the pictures of him!)

The faculty rocked the students with a final score of 28 to 2! I'm sure I would've made our team lose if I would've been playing, so it's probably good I couldn't make it!

First Movie Ever

Yesterday, my family took Ethan, Alex, and Lindsay to their first movie in the theater. They love Shrek (especially because in Shrek 3, there's 2 boy baby shreks and 1 girl baby shrek- just like them!) So we went to see Shrek Forever After, which was really good!

The kids actually did really well, they stay on our row the whole time.

They loved all the treats and drinks!
After the movie, they liked running around too!

Jed Smedley, who I've been friends with since 5th grade got married this weekend and I got to go to his reception. I didn't get a picture of him or his wife because it was rainy and I was really cold. But I did take a picture with Jamie, who I have been friends with since 3rd grade! It was so fun to see so many old friends!

On Saturday, we had tickets to go see Alegria at the E Center.
On our way down to Cirque Du Soleil, we went to PF Changs. I'm pretty sure Kelsey's baby is going to be extra Asian because she is craving it so much this pregnancy!

Neil and I had a very eventful weekend with Kelsey, Alex, and Tyce.
We went to Speed Street where Kelsey lapped my sorry ass TWICE!!! She is ridciulously fast!
I went to Livvie's last soccer game (she's the one by the ball). Liv is also ridiculously fast!
Me and Livvie
The 5 of us went to Happy Sumo for some delicious sushi!
And we made S'mores- one of my favorite treats ever! (I won the unofficial binging competition by eating 6- and usually I eat way more than that!)
Tyce liked the marshmallows :)

Celebrations

Every year my Mom's side of the family comes to my parents house for our Mother's Day party.
My cousin, Sam, had an especially good time :)
Some of the group. Actually we had a surprisingly small turn out this year. We have a huge family when we're all together, lots of people just had other stuff going on I guess.
Mom and me

And it was my Dad's birthday on Saturday.

Ethan ate the candle instead of just eating the pie off the bottom of it.

me and my siblings that still live in Utah: Me, Shelley, Taylor, Berrie.

Shelley and Tay might be mad at me for posting this. I laugh my butt off everytime I see this picture at all our hilariously ugly faces!!

Pops

This is a very classic Lindsay face, she's extremely stubborn and it cracks me up (most of the time).

CPK

My friend Courtney was in town from Michigan last week so a few old friends went out to dinner to see her. It had also been mine and Cristi's birthdays so we were getting together for that reason as well. We went out to California Pizza Kitchen and it was very yummy.
Courtney, Kelsey, Cristi, Me, Missy and the little babies are Camri and Brin. Jeanette was sick so we didn't get to see her, but it was fun to be with everyone who was able to make it!

Neil and I also got to go out to dinner with his parents for my birthday too- it was DELICIOUS and so much fun!!

Other St. George Fun

There wasn't a ton of extra time this weekend, but we did manage to do a few other fun things besides cheer on my family while we were in St. George.
Shelley and Sean took their kids to a place called Pirate Island (pretty much chuck e. cheese with a pirate theme instead of a giant rat theme)

The kids wanted to swim all day every day!
Olivia and Tinkerbell

Reagan and Berrie

Berrie and I were in charge of the maniac children out by the pool. And by that I mean, I took a nap and Berrie tried to keep 4 kids from drowing all at the same time. She did a bang up job.

And you know we couldn't go without our favorite cupcakes from 25 Main!!
It was a really fun weekend and we were so glad to get to spend time with almost our whole family. If the weather would have been a few degrees warmer, everything would've been perfect!

Error Made by Iron Man

My mom got a package in the mail today from the St. George Iron Man competition that she did last saturday and it had the 3rd place trophy inside! At the awards ceremony on Sunday, she was given the 5th place trophy for her age group but on the internet it said she was 3rd. We assumed the ceremony was correct and the internet was wrong, but it was the opposite!
My mom won 3rd freaking place in her age division! I couldn't be more amazed or proud!!

Iron Man St. George

My parents have gone more and more insane as they've gotten older and for the past 5 years, they've been doing Iron Man triathlons. For those of you who don't know what an Iron Man consists of, it's a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, and a 26.2 mile run (sorry international friends, I don't know what that means in kilometers). These competitors are out of this WORLD- and out of their minds!
Anyways, this year, St. George hosted an Iron Man and it's actually one of the hardest Iron Man courses in North America! Of course, my parents and my brother-in-law, Don, signed up.

Me, Neil, and my sister Shelley got up at 5 to get to see the swim start. The water they were swimming in was only about 48 degrees AND it had parasites in it! The air was about 58 degrees so everyone froze their butts off!

Eventually the sun came up and we got to see my parents heading down to the water.

And we saw Don too! (he is a ridiculously fast swimmer!)

We stayed at the swim area to watch the transition to bikes and got to see our family again. There goes Don

And Dad (who literally was hypothermic from that stupid water and stayed that way until about midnight!)

And Mom

We only got 1 picture of any of them running, but it's better than nothing! This is my Dad, #2222

Our whole family had the cutest Iron Man tattoos on so I wanted a picture with everyone and our tattoos. Apparently, the guy who took the picture had never used a camera in his life! This is what we freaking got- and half our group wasn't even in the picture at all!

The kids got very sick of waiting around, but luckily there were lots of dogs that they could pet to keep entertained.

The big old triplet stroller. (This thing was a little tricky maneuvering through the crowds!)

And my Mom won a trophy because she won 5th place in her age group! She's freaking amazing!!
None of our finish line pictures turned out very well because it was so crowded, pretty dark, and our camera is crap!~
