We had a little trouble getting in (we lost our tickets..long story) but we got things worked out and we enjoyed ourselves at the show! They performed new/old songs and we had a great time.

A big THANKS goes to my friend Katy... she watched my 3 kids along with her 2 kids. So she had a house full but she was nice to watch ours, so we could have a night out! Thanks again:)Posted by Cami at 12:32 PM 0 comments

PaRkER's FIRST experience "SURFING"
8/1/09
yes i recorded it sideways, I was so mad!
we NEVER thought Parker would get behind a boat and do something like this! he has always been a VERY cautions kid around water. So when we were in the boat that day and he told me he wanted to surf like Max... you bet i let him!!!
it might not look like he had fun, but he loved it. he said to me, " Mom that was fun! i didn't like the water splashing my face though." ha it was awesome and I am SO proud of him.
I am on the Left and Dave and his son Max are on the right

it "never" looked easy... but after trying this myself, Dave is AMAZING. i can't believe he can surf with kids on the board as well as himself it is H A R D
No i didn't add my embarrassing video's recorded by Jake! haha
i had a blast trying even if i never let go of the rope to actually "surf!"
THANKS Luekenga/Graf' families for this fun day at the lake:)

HApPy HaPpY BiRthDaY JANTSEN!!!
Parker's cousin Jantsen had a birthday on July 25th and we just wanted to wish him a HAPPY BIRTHDAY once more!!! He is 5 years old now, I can't believe it! We were able to spend time with him while he was here visiting, had a birthday party for him and Parker and him got lots of play time in. These two are hilarious and are unseprable when they are together! Jantsen is a great kid, and the best cousin to Parker. they are BEST FRIENDS and i wish we lived closer so they hang out everyday! They get along so great, are so funny together and we miss him now that they have returned back to Ohmaha!
Hope you had a great birthday Jantsen, thanks for being so nice to parker, sharing your toys and always being so happy to see us. We love when you come to visit and look forward to seeing you next time! love ya:)
One fun thing we did when we were both in orem, was Janel and I took Jantsen and Parker to ICE AGE 3!! it was fun to take the boys out, they were so good and laughed through the whole movie. i'll be honest, i laughed a lot too, i think it is the the funniest of all 3 movies (my opinion)
THIS age is so much fun! it feels like you get to do "grown up things!ha
THANKS FOR HANGIN OUT WITH US!
Parker was really happy, he just didn't want to take a picture with me, only jantsen, sad!

fun times with DAD
So with James working out of town a lot... when he is home Parker follows him around and plays with him as much as he can! just wanted to put a few pictures of fun things they have done together this summer....
Washing our car:
Parker thought this was so fun, even when James would spray him from the other side of the car! He thought he was such a big kid and was telling Adam how to wash a car. As you can see... Adam thought it was a fun activity until... James sprayed him with water! sad but Parker hugged him and made him laugh and he was fine after a few seconds!
Flying a Kite:
Parker's first time flying a kite!
It was funny because he just ran
after James the whole time and thought it was awesome. Now he always wants to go out and fly his "Iron Man" kite!!!
Future Gymnast on our hands:
James taught Parker this somersault and the next day he was doing a running front flip!! {okay it is a running somersault.. but that is was Parker calls it!}
i know.. why didn't I teach him these tricks!? well he had been dong rolls forever but not with the "arms up" in the beginning! ha it was too funny
I love the end of the first clip, when he complains of his back... maybe he won't be a gymnast too big of a woos! sorry Parker! i just could not stop laughing at him!
Want to add a little trip that James had... he works with the young men in our ward and they went on a 3 day camping trip to Moab.
He had a great time along with everyone else. It is a great group of boys and leaders and James has really enjoyed his calling in our ward. they took tons of pictures but here are a few of their trip to the arches.
They did lots of hiking, river rafting, rappelling, biking, rock climbing and of course camping! Hearing their stories, it was pretty intense, tough at times, but they all had a great time. No one got hurt, luckily and the boys said it was their favorite trip yet!

AMERICAN IDOL TOP 10 CONCERT!!!!
I'm not sure what was more fun... the concert or having a night out WITHOUT my kids! haha It was actually my first "get away" by myself, an OVERNIGHT trip that was much needed and I think it is one of the firsts of many more to come! We all need a break sometimes right?! well i do:) A big thanks goes to my cousin LACEY she watched all 3 kids overnight! James was out of town working, so Lacey was awesome to help us out! I was happy to hear that they were great for her (at least that is what she told me!ha)
All and all the night was awesome. They put on a great show and we loved every second of it. It was so fun to spend time with my mom and sisters!!! minus Kalei because she had her baby girl like a week before the show!!! but Kathy got to come with us and we had a great time!
TOP 10
A few highlights... watching ADAM perform. You couldn't hear anything when he was on stage! wow it was so loud but he did great. one of my favorite duet songs were of course... ADAM AND ALLISON! they sang "slow ride" and it was awesome.
most improved "already" was SCOTT! he really sounded good and his new makeover (not so crazy hair now) looked great on him.
now we'll see what comes of them i guess!
