March

March is slow and cold around these parts. One day Nora and I were cold, so we decided to lay in the sun shining though the french doors. It was a great place to be for a while.

We have several fruit trees in our back yard. We have never done anything to them, but they still produce fruit. We've been talking about pruning them for years, but this was our luck year. Our friend and neighbor knows something about pruning fruit trees, so he offered to help us get it done. So one Saturday, we hacked them up. It was great to see so much stuff coming off, and learning how to keep it up, so we can have good fruit someday. It was a lot of work, but we love the results. Thanks Aaron and Jon for your help, and Donnarae for watching the kids.

That's right, Donnarae and Jon were in town. We were the lucky ones that got to have them stay with us. It was great fun to have them around, and for the kids to play. I had to steal these two pictures from their blog so I could have a picture of all of them.
It was so fun to meet this little guy, and to get to hold an snuggle him all the time.
Nora and Annie had a blast together. There was a lot of playing and a lot of dressing up. Wish these two lived closer so we could do it more often.
Annie has such a cute personality, and we couldn't get enough of her. Between Donnarae and Grandma Cindy, Nora just might learn how to do make-up. We all know, she's not getting it from her mom.

Isn't he so cute! He's a big baby, and so fun to love on him. He's about 5 weeks old here.

I wish I had more pictures from their stay here, but I guess we were too busy playing. Thanks for making Tax Season a little less lonely for us!

To keep ourselves busy while Beau was at work, we went to the City Creek opening celebration with Grandma and Grandpa and some of the cousins. It was really fun. We rode the train, and walked all around with the other thousands of people that went. They had free balloon animals, face painting and caracatures. We stayed and did all of them. It was so much fun to be there and spend time with family.

Nora didn't want to wash her Hello Kitty face off for anything. She was sad when it wasn't there anymore. These ladies are amazing!
