April is a big month for us. We have two birthdays, end of tax season and our anniversary. We really look forward to April. So here's the scoop on this month.
Donnarae and Jon were still visiting, and they were nice enough to let us tag along to a local easter egg hunt. It was by ages, so Annie and Nora were not together, but they had fun anyway. It was a madhouse. Watch the video if you want to see.

Nora stayed by the edge, but got enough stuff to be happy. It was a success, and VERY cold.

Donnarae and Jon flew home on my birthday. Instead of staying up all night packing, Donnarae stayed up after I went to bed and decorated the house for my birthday. It was awesome! Streamers and balloons all over, and we left it up for a long time because it was so fun. I felt so special, and still do when I think about it. Thanks Sister for being so thoughtful! We miss you all.
Then we opened presents at home. He sure was a lucky little guy to get so many nice things from everyone.
We celebrated our anniversay with dinner, and then took a short trip in May.
Nora had her Spring Recital for dance. She was so excited to wear her pretty cosutme, wear make-up and dance on the stage again. She loves to be up there, and asks when she can do it again. Maybe she will be in dance again next year.
These are her cousins that performed at the recital as well. It is so fun to watch all the little girls dance.
Then we just had some good relaxing family time.

Now we are getting excited for our anniversary trip.
