No not me, I'm not that old. But my husband is! Yikes, I can't believe it, I'm married to an old man:) So in honor of him getting old, I wanted to make sure everyone knew it. On his actual birthday (May 31) I took balloons and cookies to his office. But I knew that wasn't enough. So I decided to plan a party. And instead of listening to him whine about not wanting to have one, I decided to make it a suprise. Saturday June 2nd was the big day. We went to my parents house at 4:00 for a BBQ like we do every Saturday. After we were there about 20 minutes my sister Cassie said, " Hey Cara, do you want to go to the mall?" So we were off to the mall,or so Bryon thought(he was pissed, he was hungry and wanted to eat). We really went to Neds Krazy Sub to pick up the party sub and to the party store to pick up some balloons. Then we were off to Laser Quest to set up for the party. At 5:40 I called Bryon to tell him that my car wouldn't start(which was really funny concidering he had just replaced to battery that morning). He was so mad! Poor Joe (Cassie's Husband) had drive Bryon out to save us. (oh yeah we told him that we had gone over to hair place to buy some shampoo, that just happened to be next to Laser Quest). After they had gotten there Joe had to tell Bryon what was going on because Bryon couldn't figure out why Joe wanted to go into Laser Quest. I have to say that this was the best idea I have ever had. It was so much fun! I invited 8 couples. 5 showed, 6 including Bry & I. Sorry Blounts, Johnsons, & Tanners, you missed out. We had a blast. We played 3 games of laser tag (I had the best record), & ate lots of food. It was great! Thanks for coming Lambsons, Cleggs, Oversons, Goodmans, & Johnsons. I forgot to take pictures so I only have these 2 from the big day. P.S. Sorry if I offended any of you oldies.
