Kyle was chosen student of the week for his class. Every Friday they have an assembly to announce the students & the parents are invited. I get there and of course Kyle is embarrassed & won't look at me. They gave all the students of the week a certificate & they got to choose something from the treasure chest. Then the principal read them a story. After the story they gave out the reading awards & Kyle got 'reader of the week' out of all the Kindergartners! I was so excited, his teacher didn't tell me about that award. He is such a smart little boy & I am so proud of him. Good job Ky!!





Funny Story- My kids principal is in our ward & they saw him there a couple weeks ago and Trevor said, "Look, there's Dr. Egan." And the Kyle said, "Someone must be in TROUBLE!"

I know it's been so long since I posted last. We have been super busy, but don't worry, I took LOTS of pictures. My sister & her kids came to town for my mom's 50th birthday. Of course we had a surprise party for her (steph, maci, bryce were part of the surprise).

My cute neice Kendal was blessed on the 3rd. Doesn't she look pretty?

My boys had a 1/2 day on the 5th so they "ditched" & went to play with Maci at Grandma's house. We went to Peter Piper for lunch & then they played in the water in grandma's backyard.

We decided to get Hailee & Maci's ears pierced. Maci was so brave & Hailee not so much. We probably shouldn't have had her watch Maci get hers done.

Aug. 7th was our 9th anniversary. We celebrated by getting the AC fixed in my car. But don't worry I brought Panda Express home for a romantic dinner (with kids). I couldn't find my wedding album & this is the only pic I could find (not my fav.)
