Campbell Family Fun

As most of you know, my father-in-law passed away on June 25, 2010. He was an amazing man. I was blessed to have known him and to be a part of his family. We all miss him terribly but know that he is in a much better place, enjoying a feast with his maker! I can only imagine what he is enjoying and experiencing at this very moment. Carson did a great job at his final preschool program of the year. I can't believe he's on to Kindergarten in the Fall.

Carson had a great birthday with his friends. We went to McDonalds and to the movie How To Train Your Dragon. They had all seen it before, but it was still great on the Big Screen!

Carson had to read the labels on all of the packages to see who they belonged tooIn that package was his most prized gift-a storm trooper helmet. It might help if he had ever seen the movie, but I guess that doesn't matter at age 4. His friends have seen it so that's good enough for him! Now he wants to be a Storm Trooper when he grows up!

We finally got him to open a gift, but I think Jeff and I opened more than he did!

Getting a Santa picture still poses a problem for all of these boys! Maybe one day we'll get a good one :)

I came home one day during break and Carson said, "guess what mom, I can ride my bike with no training wheels". And he can! We've had a few scrapes and bruises, but nothing too serious. He's getting better everyday!

This is our new house. We are doing great on the unpacking and are hoping to get started on some painting next week. We have already met some great neighbors and are hoping to meet more very soon.
