I am so bad at not getting together a famiy newsletter that can go out to our family and friends during the holiday's. Life is so crazy. But I will use this entry to sum up the year for our family.
Chris-
He is still working as the co- general manager for Wendy's. But this year he was able to move from the store he had been working for since 2003 and change to a new store in preperation of getting his own store. He is a loving husband and father.
Cathy-
She is still serving in the Relief Society Presidency as the Education counselor and has served for over a year. Sometimes she still wonders why she was placed in that calling but does enjoy being with thes sisters in the ward. She also works at Smith's part time as the scanning coordinator back-up. She is still selling Marykay cosmetics and enjoys the female time she gets that is rare for her to get. This last year she also got involved in our community's HOA and that keeps her pretty busy. She is also working very hard to improve her health and her weight even if it is a slow process.
Matthew-
At the beginning of the year, he started in the primary class as a sumbeam. He enjoys primary and telling us what they did that day. He loves when they ask him to help out, and he loves to sing songs. He is a great big brother and plays with plus takes care of his twin sister and little brother. He is so good about playing with toys and has a big imagination. He turned 4 in the fall, and also became 100% potty trained. He is such a great kid.
Ashleigh-
She also started primary this year and also enjoys to help in primary. She has a good memory and is always proud when she recognizes things she has exprienced before. She is a little mommy. She loves to mirror everything that her mommy does whether it is cleaning or getting ready for the day. She is a little chatter box and loves to take to people, show off and tell people stories. She also turned 4 and became 100% potty trained.
Joshua-
Is such a happy boy. We celebrated the end of his 1st year of life and watch him contunally grow, and advance in all his skills. He is getting so big. He is gaining more words everyday. He loves to be with the twins especially Matthew. He has a loving heart and is happy about life. He started nursery in September and loves it.
As you can see, we are very happy. We are excited to see what the next year will bring for our family. Hope that your families are doing well. Have a Merry Christmas.

Thanksgiving
I would like ti express my gratitude for the things that are so dear to me in my life.
1). Family: I have two wonderful families. Mine and my husbands. We grew up in wonderful homes that taught us the gospel, helped us to grow up to be who we are, and who are always there for us.
2). A temple marriage: Chris and I have had the honor of being married and sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple 7 1/2 years ago. Marriage is hard but yet very blessed. I love the man I married even more then I dis then 9 years ago when we met.
3. children: The noice they create in our home, the laughter, the smiles are so joyous. They have brought a piece of heaven with them. Knowing that it is difficult to get pregnant without medical intervention, and to have 3 is a blessing from Heaven. Hopefully sometime in the end of summer or early fall we maybe able to great a new member of our family.
4). Our home: Yes it is a condo, and yes it is getting small, but it is still a place that keeps us safe and warm. It is a place where we can be together, play together, teach our children, love our children. Hopefully someday we maybe able to move to a place that is a little bit bigger, but we are greatful that we have what we have,
5). Work: With the economey this last year, I am greatful that both Chris and I have still been able to go to work and provide for our family. It is hard for me to leave for 25 hours a week and see Chris work 50 or more, but we are able to take care of each other and our children because of work. Also, it provides medical insurance so I can keep us healthy as possible.
6). Health and Medical treatments: For the most part we are all healthy, but some of us still need help from a doctor every now and again. The children has regular checkups that accompany shots, Josh fights severe excema, Ashleigh has 2 hemanigoma's, I have PCOS and fight many symptoms and side effects with it, I have to have c-sections when I am pregnant. The children have visited the er at primary children's many times throughout their short life.
7). The gospel: For the teachings of my Savior, The knoweldge that everything is possible because of him and nothing is unbearable without him. To help me be a better person, wife, daughter, sister, co-worker, and mother. To have the atonment so that I can repent of all my wrong doings. For Tithing and the blessings we get from it. For the temple and the blessings my family and myself have recieved becuase of them.
8). For my country, the USA: It is a free country. It has its problems but, I still can be free to live how I want to live or where, To have freedom of religion, to work where I want to work, and do anything I would like to do in my lifetime.
I hope that Thanksgiving is a time that we all can reflect upon the things that we have been so richly blessed and Thanks those around us and our Father in Heaven for all that we have and will be blessed with.
Happy Thanksgiving.

Matthew & Ashleigh turned 4.
Sorry if the images are sideways, I tried to fix it.
Matthew and Ashleigh turned 4 yesterday. It only seems like yesterday that I found out I was pregnant for the first time, learning I was pregnant with twins, dying to end the pregnancy, to their birth and all the birthday's and milestone since.
Matthew, is a handsome young man. He is the care taker of his siblings and he loves them to death. He has a sense if humor and loves to laugh and play. He is a great sleeper but a terrible eater. He loves transformers, trains and legos. He loves to sing and he love temples.
Ashleigh is our princess. She is a little mommy and will take care of any child. She loves getting into trouble especially with water. The likes anything that is girly. She loves being with other kids, she loves her sibilings, she loves to just talk to you. She does not play with toys much but loves books, puzzles and coloring.
The twins are so fun, and We are so greatful that they chose to come into this family. We love you very much. I cannot wait to see what year 5 will bring.

More Ramdoms
Life in the Camacho home has been crasy, but we also have had some amazing things happening,
Two Sunday's ago, our ward had the Primary program. This was Matthew and Ashleigh's first year in it, since they are a sunbeam this year. We had both of our parents and one of Chris's brothers' come to watch the program. Ashleigh had 2 little lines and Matthew had one. Matthew was happy to sing. I could tell he really knew or liked a song because I could hear him at times. Asheigh was cute and being a typical 3 year old and had to wave to her family at the beginning. But after some piont both of them lost interest. One cute thing though, My in-laws were sitting one row in front on Chris and I and my parentd. At the point that the program started, Joshua was standing on my mother-in-laws lap and when Matthew and Ashleigh stood up to sing, Joshua got really excited and started saying (Ashleigh, Matthew, Ashleigh, Matthew) really loud. (He thinks it is great he can say his sibilings name, I think it is cute!). They did a wonderful job and I am so very proud of them. I cannot wait until next years program. (This is another milestone in their life.)
At the end of this week, my twins and first born will be turn 4. I cannot believe how fast these 4 years have flown. It was only yesterday it seems that I stuggled to get pregnant with them, finding out that I was pregnant, learned that I had twins, had a pregnancy that seemed to last forever, had two newborns and hardly getting sleep while feeling overwhelmed, to having 4 year olds. I am greatful to be their mom and they are a wonderful part of my life that I definitely would not change. I sure love them.
Last week, I went to see a new OBGYN, I visited with him about my PCOS, the pre-elcampsia of my last pregnancy, and would it be possible for me to have another pregnancy and have it turn out really well. He said that there should be no reasin why I could not. He gave me a ultra sound on my overies, and found that I am cyst free. That is a great feeling since I have had them all year. So, he gave me clomid and gave me the permission to have another child. It maybe crasy already have 3, but Chris and I know that this is right for our family. So stay tuned for a announcement sometime durning the winter.
Tonight, I was sitting on my couch working on a crochet blanket for Joshua, and all three kids were in there room. I am not sure what they were doing completely except for they would run room to room and slam doors (sorry to my neighbors if it was bothering you), and they were giggling including Joshua (who thinks his older sibilings are the greatest. It is a wonderful sound as a mother to hear your children getting along, playing together and laughing. (Music to my ears).
I also want to send my gratitude to my followers. After my last post, I recieved a knock at my door with a card left behind. Inside the card was a gift card to a local store, and it was left with no name. That weekend, I was able to use it to buy milk and a few other things for my children. Thank you, who ever you are. I hope that I have or will return the favor. You are forever in my prayers and my family is greatful. I am greatful also for my memebership and faith from my LDS church, over all the years that I have been on earth, I have recieved countless blessings. Even when things are tight like it is right now but you have faith, you pray, you pay your tithing, and you serve despite of what challenges are in your life, Heavenly Father blesses you and my family is reaping the benefit of our faith. If you are struggling with your faith pray to find it, if your a struggling with these hard times pray to help you get through. One thing that I know for sure, Heavenly Father and My Savior and brother is watching out for all of us, he just asks us to ask him for help, and for us to help each other. So, I say, thank you again.

Randoms
I firts like to say the the TWINS are POTTY TRAINNED!!!!! I am so excited. I started it two years ago and got very discourged many times, but they finally did it. We are also night trained too. They will be turning 4 in three weeks and it is times that they no longer wear diapers or pull-ups. I am so proud of them, and they feel pretty proud of themselves too.
Last Thursday, was Chris's birthday. he turned 29 so that means this year is his last years in his 20's so hopefully he will have no regrets. For his birthday, my mom came and watched the children so we could go out and celebrate. We ended up going and doing a session in the Jordan River Temple. It has been such a long time since we have been together as a couple that it was really nice. We have the impression that we are to invite another spirit into our home. I also hope that we can return to the temple together soon.
This weekend we general conference which was wonderful, I learned much from the leaders of the LDS church that I feel like I have more energy to stay true and faithful to the things in which I believe to be true. While conference was on, I took opportunity to deep clean the house, I looked nice Sat night when I was done. Also Joshua got a big boy bed (which was a spare we had). He even likes it especially the feeling that he is like his older brother and sister, plus he has stayed in it 3 nights in a row.
This is a really tight month for our family fanicially. We have our normal bills, plus our dues at the condo went up $15.00, had a $150.00 asessment this month with $100.00 more to go, a car to register that might not pass with out work done on it, a drivers licsence to renew, My husbands birthday that I was unable to buy presents for, My twins 4th birthday that I have no idea how I will come up with money for that, and halloween custumes. I was unable to buy groceries last weekend, and thanks to my mom she brought over some milk, and ground beef to help, (Thanks mom). Even though this is ruff and being a mom I feel like a complete failure that I might not be able to do everything this month that I need to, I have faith the my Heavenly Father will help us through this and that we will be fine. I am greatful for work that my husband and I have even if it does not bring in enough and that we have a roof over our heads, clothes to wear, some food to eat, and the love my family has for each other. I am greatful to our parents who are here in Salt Lake with us and that are helping us with what they can. Thank you for your love and help, you always need your parents even when you grow up.

Weight loss and the biggest loser.
Tonight the teams did what the previous teams were not able to do, which was to lose 150 lbs on the second week. A couple of people lost over 15 lbs. That is AMAZING!!!!
Yesterday, I managed to get on the treadmill for 100 minutes and today was a hard day and I want to end at 30, 60 and even at 80. But in my mind I kept thinking of Bob and Jillian yelling at me if I was at the ranch and to keep moving. So I did my 100 minutes and I feel good about myself. I wish that I could get 10 plus pounds off a week, but the 2-4 i get is pretty good at a home level. I hope that as this season continues, I can continue to loss weight with them, even if it is 2-4 lbs a week.

Joshua is 18 months old.
On Sunday September 13, 2009 Joshua turned 18 months old. He is getting so big. One major thing that has happened since he is 18 months is that he is "official" in nursery. I am so excited. It has been getting really hard to entertain him in church, but now he gets to play with other children and I can focus on my calling as the Education Counselor in the Relief Society.
This afternoon was his well-check. He is 23lbs and 2oz (15%), 31 1/2 inches long (25%), his head is 48 1/4 cm (70%). He is getting to be such a big boy. He had two shots that made him cry.
Things he can do at 18 months old:
Daily Activities:
- Begins to eat with a folk-
-Enjoys imitating parents- (also Matthew and Ashleigh)
Motor Skills:
-Walk proficiently-
-Enjoys pushing and pulling toys while walking
-Runs awkwardly and falls a lot
-Walks backward a short distance
Cognitive Development (thinking & Learning)
-Understands that something can exist even when hidden
-Can picture objects and events mentally
Language Development
-Speaks from 3 to 50 words
-Wants to name everything
-May use a few two-word combinations
-Repeats familiar and unfamiliar sounds and getures
Emotional & Behavioral Development:
-May begin to show frustration when not understood
-May show strong attachment to a toy or blanket
-May respond with "no" constantly
-Like to show some independence (feed self, undresses self)
-Begins to develop a self-concept
-Responds to simple requests ("bring me your book")
It is hard to believe that he was such a small baby 18 months ago, but he has grown so much and has so much personality. He loves his brother and sister. He is such a happy little guy. We all love you Joshua. Thank you for chosing to come to our family when you did, life would not be the same without you.

The Biggest loser.
So, I am a fan of the biggest loser. Have been since the first season. The problem with the biggest loser is when they went from Wed night to Tuesday night. I work on Tuesday, and have to be at work at 9 pm and sometimes earlier. I watch what I can and then follow the rest online.
Every season, each contestant has stories that are sad, but they get the motivation to see everyday, and they had the courage to get on the show and face there demons of being over weight. This season, there is definitely some that have touched me somehow and that I am rooting for. One, is a lady who lost her husband, daughter and 2 1/2 week son to a fatal car accident (I could not imagine). Another, is a gal who watch her mon battle a herion addiction, living on the streets, and then foster care.
I am particular to this season because of my ambition to lose weight. Less then a year ago, I learned why gaining weight is easy for me and why it is hard to lose it. I have made lost of eating habit changes and improved my exercise program. When I get on the treadmill or put on my walking dvd's, I think of Bob and Jillian who coach and say keep going, or give more. I have lost 16 lbs and I need to lose about 60 more. I know that I can do it, and I will get it off while watching the biggest loser. Who is with me?

Construction is EVERYWHERE!!!!!
Since spring and summer, there has been construction in two major roads that I use for travel to get to and from the Sandy/Draper area.
First, is the interchange at 11400 S. and 1-15 and then they are widening the road on 1300 East from 7600 S. to 8600 S. So no matter, I have to hit construction, granted that I work on 10300 S. and 1300 E.
Second, about a month ago they started to expand the freeway at 10600 S. to 9000 S heading North and 1-215 interchange to 9000 S. heading South.
This week, I ran into construction anywhere I went.
Tuesday when I went to work, I found they were working on 10600 S and between 700 E and 1000 E.
Wed, I had a dentist appointment on 7800 S. and just one block west of State Street. So I took Redwood Road to 7800 and headed east, but when I got to Midvale City Center, I hhad to detour.
Thursday, I had to be at work at 3am, so when I got off at 10600 S. and headed east to 1300 E, I was stopped at a red light at 700 E. (Where they were doing some night construction), and because if it, the kight never changedm so I had to detour. Luckily I grow up in the area, so I knew my way around.
Friday was the worse. I got off work at 1pm and headed toward Draper park where my in-laws live just east of it about a block and when I got to almost 12300 S. I ran into construction next to my husbands' old store. They reduced it to 1 lane going south. It took me 4 lights to get through. I noticed a sign down toward the "round-about" (Which Draper loves) would be closed on Sunday. (Thank goodness I do not live there right now, and good luck to my in-laws getting around). There were cones all the way passed Draper park. When I got the kids and headed home, I knew that going back to 12300 S using 1300 E. would be a nightmare, so I used the round-about to go down Pioneer and to 900 E. I used 900 E. to get to 12300 S. so I could get on the freeway, but from 900 E. to 700 E was more construction. By the time I got home, I was done driving construction, so I stayed home.
Today, I took my kids to my parents to play and have them help my parents with minor yard work. I used the freeway, but got off at 10600 S instead of 12300 S, because the freeway was being reduced one lane for the 11400 S. Construction. and there was already slow downs and delays. Coming home, I decide not to get on in Draper to advoid the 11400 S. construction and get on at 10600 S, but found lane restrictions on State from 11000 S. to almost 10600 S.
If I did not have to go to Sandy/Draper for work or either one of our parents, I would not drive there for awhile. I have had enough construction then I can handle.
Date Night
Friday night, my husband was off from work. He arranged with his mom to watch the children in the evening since we did not need her during the day, so we could go on a very much needed date. It has been about 5 months sonce our last date.
We went to Friday's for dinner, which was nice, and I was good just ordering a sirloin with brocclli and a salad. Then we havd about a hour and a half before the movie, so we went to Target to window shop and get idea's for Matthew and Ashleigh's birthday and to look for fall clothes. We ended up buying them backpacks (which they love (pictures to come soon.)). Then we headed to Jordan Commons to see Harry Potter. It was a great movie even if it was very condenced from the book.
It was so nice to be able to spend a evening alone without the children that did not require them going to bed. We were able to catch up as a couple and talk about things that are going on in both of our lives and what out goals as a couple and a family for the future are. It was nice to hold hands in the theater and go to a resturant to eat without the children causing a scene or going to McDonalds. Do not get me wrong, I do love spending time with the children and as a family and I will always choose to be together as a family for that is rare also, but spending time with my sweethart is very rare. We use to go on weekly dates before children, but since we had the twins 3 1/2 yeard ago, with Chris's work schedule, using our moms to babysit so we can work, and being in a ward with very few teen girls; dates do not really happen. I do envy couples that are able to continue to go on dates even after they have children. I am greatful, to my mother-in-law and to my hunsbands' schedule that made it possible to finally go on a date with him. I have missed "our time".

The funeral
Last night was grandpa's viewing. It was held at the mortuary. There was a video presentation that was put together of pictures taken of grandpa over time. The was a display table of items that belong to grandpa. There was a counter-cross-stich of a cabin that he did, bird houses that he made and placed in his yard because he loved watching birds, a book that had his geneology, and several photographs with grandma, his children (my mom, grandchildren (me) and great-grandchildren. The flowers were very pretty, the cascet (sp?) was beautiful, and grandpa looked at peace and happy. The viewing was hard and I had a feeling of mixed emotions. I was feeling relieved that grandpa no longer had to live in this life with pain and illness but I am sadden that a great man and my grandpa who I love had passed and I will miss him dearly.
Today was the funeral. Emotions ran high for me and the rest of my family. It was hard to say goodbye until I see him again. It was difficult as a mom to explain to three young children why grandpa's body was still here on earth and not in heaven with his spirit. It was difficult to watch as the cascet (sp?) was closed, and follow it to the chapel for the funeral. I was unable to sing music for tears swelled up inside. ("Each life that Touches Ours For Good" and "Abide With Me"), The speakers (my cousin Anne, A old neighbor Wes Wonnecot, My mom and Uncle Jerry) all had many memories they shared about grandpa. My Aunt Juanita played "I Stand All Amazed."
It was difficult to drive to the cemetary. It was hard to leave the cemetary and leave him there.
My grandma however is a remarkable women. Even though I know that she is sad and hardbroken, and the I know she has shed many tears, she is strong. I know this whole week has been even difficult on her. It is wonderful, how our family can all come together and support one another.
Grandpa is going to be missed, but I do take comfort that I will see him again someday. I know that he is in a wonderful place.
Grandpa, thank you for always being there for every event of each of your family memebers that you could possibly attend. Thank you for loving us, and for teaching us about life. Your legacy will love on forever and so will your memories. I love you.

My grandpa
This is a picture taken the summer of 2006. It is of my granparents Despain and my twins when they were about 8 months old.

On Tuesday July 28, 2009. Was a day that I had been expecting for about a year now. My grandpa Leo F. Despain passed away at the age of 93. He was always a wonderful grandpa. He was found doing things with his family; whether is was hiking, bird watching, camping, attend a event of a family member, helping others with service projects. He loved his family especially my grandma, his 4 children, 10 grandchildren, and 12 great-grand children.
He was always there when ever you needed him. He went to all the grandpaents day in school, attend all birthday parties, he went to my high school and college graduation. He was my witness in the Salt Lake temple as I married my sweethart, he saw me have 3 children.
He was a charitable man. He was always doing things to help others. He would be found removing snow or grass of his neighbors yards. He grew a garden and gave food away. If someone asked for help, he was the first to be there.
He was a hard working man, a loving man, a honest man, and loved to tell stories.
Over the last few years, his health and strength was delcining and in the last month or so is declined very repidly. It was hard to see him suffer in both pain and illness, but I am comforted that he did not have to suffer long. He lived a long life. He know has moved to the other side of the veil and most likely has the best reunion with his friends and family that have passed on before him. I will miss him and I am sadden by his death, but I am comforted in the atonement and the knowledge that I will see him again someday. His memory will live on and I hope that I can help it move on by paying it forward.
I love you grandpa.

Saturday, was Jason's wedding.
At 2pm I took Ashleigh to the cookie cutters in the Brickyard to get her hair done. Her hair looked great and she felt like she was getting royalty treatment.
At 4:30pm, we were to be at Log Haven to start taking pictues. They took the bridemaids first and then the groomsmen. I was able to snap some photos of the children. They wedding started at 6pm. It was a lovely ceremony. Joshua, found a dog that help walk the mother of the bride down the isle. He followed it everywhere.
After the ceremony we had a dinner, the proceeded to the cutting of the cake and dancing.
We had a great day even if it was hot and humid, long and tiring. The children did a really great job preforming their duties in the wedding and for being good as long as possible.
Congrats Jason and Katie on you weeding. Thank you for including our family. Hopw that your life is filled with much happiness.

Chris's brother's wedding. Part 1
Chris's brother, Jason was married on Saturday. It was a traditional wedding with two days full off activities. Chris was asked to be a groomsman, Matthew was the ringbearer, and Ashleigh was the flower girl.
Friday afternoon they had a bridesmaid lunch that was at Cafe Trio off of 6200 S. and 3000 E. Ashleigh was invited to attend since she was the flowergirl and I was invited and the soon-to-be sister-in-law. It was a lovely lunch. They had a cake with charms under the cake. Each charm ment something. Ashleigh pulled the baby bottle which ment that the couple would have beautiful children and that they would also be lucky to have a baby who would sleep through the night at 1 week old (good luck with that!). Ashleigh wanted to get her picture taken so here are some highlights of the luncheon.

This is Ashleigh with Katie, the bride to be.
After the luncheon was over, we headed up to Log Haven up Millcreek Canyon for the rehersal. It is a beautiful place for a wedding. They wedding was to be held outside by the pond that is at the bottom of a waterfall. Matthew and Ashleigh wanted to be playful and didn't want to do what they were asked to do, so I knew that I was in for a big job.
Following the rehersal, we ended up at Falcon Park in Sandy, for the dinner. It was barbeque food from Pats BBQ with cream puffs, cheesecake, and eclairs. The kids played at the playground and had some fun, even a couple of bridesmaids were found playing with them.

They know your their mommy!
As a mom, the biggest reward out there, is from your kids. For example; yesterday, I had to work and Chris decided that since he was off and the we needed some groceries he would meet me at work when I got off. He texted me to let me know that he was there and I went looking for them. After I found them, Ashleigh noticed me. He got bright eyed and said "mommy" while she hurried to me to give me a big hug. As I looked at her and then down toward where my boys were, Joshua had turned around in the cart to look at me and with smiles he was pointing at me and saying something. I felt nice to know that they knew who I was and that I was an important person in their life.
Another reward from you child is when they want you to see what they are doing, when they want to cuddle up next to you, or when they are sick or hurt that they believe that their mommy can make it all better.
Being a mom is hard and takes alot of your time, plus you never get much time for yourself but it is the best part of life that I will never want to give up.

Little Miss Mommy
Friday, when I got off work and picked-up the children from my in-laws home in Draper, I found that Matthew was running a fever. When we returned home, Ashleigh went a got me the themometor sp? and gave it to me then told me to get medicine for Matthew. Later that evening, Matthew said that his tummy was doing someting funny and felt like he could throw up. Ashleigh automatically went to where I keep the pot and pans in the stove drawer and brought him a pan.
Today, I was working on dinner and brunt my hand with some gravy that popped out of the pan. Ashleigh brought me a bandaid and kissed it better.
It is nice that she likes to help out. She loves to do things like her mommy.

Counting my blessings
After yesterday's events at Walmart. I find myself hugging, kissing, and cuddling with my 3 children more in the last 24 hrs. I am blessed that Heavenly Father truly watched over them yesterday and helped us get out of a terrible situation without them getting hurt. I know that the situation was serious enough that if more time had passed by then it actually did, I could have lost all 3 of them. I would not be able to get through that if that had happened. I love my children and I am grateful that I get to spend this precious time on earth being their mom.
For all of you who are parents, love your children every minute of the day and do not let a moment pass you by that you did not show them or tell them that you love them. This life is so short that we need to make the most of it. I know that I will.

To the rescue
The last three June's have ended not so great. Two years ago, my husband and I attended a wedding reception of our down stairs neighbor. Their reception was near my parents home, so we decided that we would drop the twins off at my parents home so they could play in the backyard. When we were getting ready to leave, Chris picked up the diaper bag and Matthew. As he was getting Matthew, Matthew somehow flew over Chris's arm and landed face first on to my parents' cement padio. We ended up going to Primaries that weekend to have CT's done on his head, have his eye checked out among other things, luckily everything turned out ok.
This is what it looked like the morning after.

This is what it looked like a week after. It looked like a black eye for a couple of months and the red cheek to a year to fade. But now he is all better.

Last year, It was the last Sunday of the month. I was debating on whether to go to church or not because I was really tired. The twins were in nursery and loved it, so I decided to go and take them to nursery because they loved nursery. Before I left for church, I could smell smoke coming from my swamp cooler and thought that it was just bring the smell in from a fire that was caused by a train the day before. We had just finished Sunday School and headed to 3rd hour, when a member of our ward came in and told us our building was on fire. It started on the opposite end of the building and they got it our before it reached my side, but unfortunately since I was not home, our door got kicked in.

So, today I thought that we would get through another June without issues. Boy was I wrong!!!! This morning I thought that is would be nice to make smoothies for myself and the children. As I got it together I had found that the blender was not working, so I loaded the children and went to our local walmart to buy a new one. After we were done with our purchases, we proceeded to go to the car. I opened the driver seat and set my purse and keys on the seat and shut the door. I opened the sliding door for the twins to get into the car, then went around to put Joshua in his seat. Ashleigh climb into the driver seat and I told her to get into hers. I shut Joshua's door and went around to get the twins buckled in, and shut the door. I then went to put the stroller in the back and found it locked. So I proceeded to go to the driver door and found Ashleigh has locked the car and the doors were all shut with the children belted into their seats and the keys in the car.
I did not know what to do, so I got brave instantly and asked a lady who was walking by me if I could use her phone and told her the situation. She called 911. Since there is a fire dept 2 minutes away from walmart they were there with the lights and sirens on within minutes. I had 2 cop cars, 2 fire trucks, and 1 ambulance to my resue. The fire deptartment got one side open while the cops go the other open. They gave me my keys where I got the car turned on and the air going. Then I carry bottles of water in my car, so I opened up 3 and poured some on the kids and had them drink some. The fire dept said that the car was 105 degrees inside. They stayed a few minutes more to make sure the children were okay and then they all left. I felt stupid but also grateful that Heavenly Father was watching over the children and that I was able to get help quickly. I hope that it never happens again.
I hope that next June, I will not have anything major happen.

They stayed a few minutes more to make sure the children were okay and then they all left. I felt stupid but also grateful that Heavenly Father was watching over the children and that I was able to get help quickly. I hope that it never happens again.
I hope that next June, I will not have anything major happen.

Father's Day.
For 6 years Chris has been a wonderful husband and for 4 years he has been a wonderful dad. I am so blessed to have a great man in my life to be my husband and the father of my children. The children absolutely love their daddy. He is never shy about taking care of them and loves to play with them. I hope you had a wonderful Father's day. We all love you.

Tonight at the park and my longing for a house change.
This evening, I decided that since Chris was going to be late getting off work and the twins were very energetic, I would take them to a park. We have a playground at the condo's with a couple of slides but I took them to Murray where there are also some swings. The park is at the river bottoms off of 5400 S.
The twins were really excited when I pulled into the parking lot of the park. They had no idea where I was going. At the park there was about a dozen of children there and because there is not very many children for them to play with at the condo's or our ward, they were in heaven.
Matthew found a couple of boys that were about his size and you could hear him laughing as he ran around the playground with them. Ashleigh found one little girl who she stuck to like glue and told me the she was her "new friend."
They both enjoyed the swings and giggled as I pushed them and they kept asking me to push them higher and faster. They also enjoyed the slides.
When we got home and I got them bathed, they did not argue going to bed and they fell asleep fast from exhaustion.
I am glad that they had fun. It makes my wanting a house with a fenced backyard with a swing set and a place to run around and be kids plus a neighborhood with more children to interact with greater. I do love my home and my neighbors but I need that "house" space for my children. Here is to hoping that it will be in the near future.

Set Backs
So, Two weeks ago, I went to my OBYGN to have my "yearly" done. Yesterday, I recieved a call from the nurse saying that my pap smear came back abnormal. As she was talking to me, I thought to myself that "what could have gone wrong? All the previous years have been fine!" She said that the doctor and them run the HPV test and it came negative. But with the inflamation or abnormal test that came back, he would like me re-tested in 6 months.
I also did my fasting labs yesterday. I hope they come back fine. I can not wait to visit with my doctor at the end of the month so I can get some answers to all these tests that I have been going through since Nov.
I feel like I was getting my health the way it should be and I have been on a good trend of eating healthier and exercising even if the weight is not coming off yet. I hope that it is still the case and that the next set of tests show that I am making some improvements.
Wigh me luck!

Fasting Labs
In the morning, I will be headed to the doctor once again to have some fasting labs done. This in contiuation of when I started going to the doctor last fall after struggling to get my blood pressure down after having pre-eclampsia with Joshua in March of last year.
In March, I did a really good job of getting my numbers down or up depending on where they needed to go. The doctor wanted to re-check them in three months. So here I am. I am hoping that even though I am still stuggling with my weightloss, that with the changes that I have made in my diet and my 150 minute a week or more of exercise is still making a difference with my numbers.
I know that within time, I will make a difference in my health over all and that I will be able to have at least one more pregnancy and be here for a very long time to raise my wonderful children.

Struggles with weight.
I am 30 years old and since I was in junior high, I have struggled with my weight. In college, I took advantage of the work out facilities at the school and was able to get my weight to about 150. When I got back from college, I kept it at 170 until I got married and then I gained weight. In the summer of '04, I went to LA weight loss and lost 35 lbs. I was so proud of myself. I then got pregnant with my twins and gained 40 lbs. Now after my second pregnancy, I managed to loss 35 lbs.
Since the fall, I really have not able to loss much more. I have seen a doctor that diagnosed me with PCOS and percribe a medication that was supposed to help me balance my hormones and help me loss some weight. Because of the PCOS, I have made may changes to my diet. I do not eat fast food, fattey foods and I watch every calorie and chlorestral. Two months ago, I purchased a treadmill and have been on at least the 150 minutes that my doctor perscribed a week and sometimes more. But with all the efforts, I still struggle with the weight loss.
I have watch those around me who had baby's around the time that I had Joshua, and they have all managed to lose their baby weight and more, and I have a neighbor who is physically fit and just had a baby that most likely will get back into shape really soon and most likely I still will struggle to get the weight off despite of my efforts.
I do not expect the "Biggest Loser" results that they manage to get every week. But would love to see 1-2 lbs a week come off.
My goal is to be about 125 lbs give or take. That would make that my goal is to lose about 55 lbs.
I know I can do it, and I would love any encouragement or compliments as I try to fight this struggle. Maybe in a few months a new me will emerge out of my body.

A Day out with Thomas the Tank Engine
Over Memorial Day Weekend, the Heber Valley Railroad had a special guest. It was Thomas the Tank Engine. Chris and I thought that since the twins especailly Matthew loves trains, it would be fun and take them to see it. It was a full day.
This is on the train

In front of Thomas

Sir Topham Hatt

They had a temporary tattoo booth. Ashleigh wanted "Rosie"

Matthew wanted "Thomas"

And Chris picked "Thomas" for Joshua

They has a petting zoo with ponies. You could get oats and let them feed out of your hand. The twins thought that is was cool especially Ashleigh.

There was a booth with a display of legos put togther as a train village. That was pretty awesome.

There was also bubbles, a booth of stamps and toy trains they could play with, a story telling booth and a hay maze. We had talked to them about it all week and they were getting excited about it. It was fun to spend the day together as a family. I cannot wait until the next time we can do something that fun.

To our wives, mother's, grandmother's and great-grandmother's
To all our wives, mother's, grandmother's and great-grandmother's. Happy Mother's Day. We are so blessed by all the love that you have shared with us and our family. Thank you for teaching us the things that we need to know to raise our family and be the individuals that we have and will become. We love you.
The women in our lives.
Blessing on the hand of women!
Angels guard its stregth and grace,
In the palace, cottage, hovel,
Oh, no matter the place;
Would that never storms assailed it,
Rainbows ever gently curled;
For the hand that rocks the cradle
Is the hand that rules the world.
Infancy's the tender fountain,
Power may with beauty flow,
Mother's first to guide the streamlets,
From them sould unresting grow -
Grow on for the good and evil,
Sunshine streamed or evil hurled;
For the hand that rocks the cradle
Is the hand that rules the world.
Women, how divine your mission
Here upon our natal sod!
Keep, oh, keep the young heart open
Always to the breath of God!
All true trophies of the ages
Are from mother - love impearled;
For the hand that rocks the cradle
Is the hand that rules the world.
Blessings on the hand of women!
Father, sons, and daughters cry,
And the sacred song in mingled
With the worship in the sky -
Mingles where no tempest darkens,
Rainbows evermore are hurled;
For the hand that rocks the cradle
Is the hand that rules the world.
-William Ross Wallace-

Oh, no matter the place;
Would that never storms assailed it,
Rainbows ever gently curled;
For the hand that rocks the cradle
Is the hand that rules the world.
Infancy's the tender fountain,
Power may with beauty flow,
Mother's first to guide the streamlets,
From them sould unresting grow -
Grow on for the good and evil,
Sunshine streamed or evil hurled;
For the hand that rocks the cradle
Is the hand that rules the world.
Women, how divine your mission
Here upon our natal sod!
Keep, oh, keep the young heart open
Always to the breath of God!
All true trophies of the ages
Are from mother - love impearled;
For the hand that rocks the cradle
Is the hand that rules the world.
Blessings on the hand of women!
Father, sons, and daughters cry,
And the sacred song in mingled
With the worship in the sky -
Mingles where no tempest darkens,
Rainbows evermore are hurled;
For the hand that rocks the cradle
Is the hand that rules the world.

Mother's Day

It all started about 8 years ago, when I asked a boy named Christopher David Camacho who was in my singles ward to go on a date with me. We were married and the day after our 2nd anniversary, we found out the we were pregnant for the first time. Four weeks later, we learned that it was twins.

We were thrilled to learn at 21 weeks that we were going to have a boy and a girl.

As the pregenacy came to a end, I was so big and I wondered if I was ever going to have them.

The on Oct 24, 2005 at 1:21am and 1:23 am Matthew & Ashleigh we born by c-section at Jordan valley hospital.

When the twins were 21 months old, I was then pregnant with another baby. Then when I was 21 weeks pregnant, we learned we were having another boy.

Then on March 13, 2008 they day after my 29th birthday, a year same day later than my neice Willow was born, and the day before my 5th wedding anniversary. Joshua was born at 7pm.
I am so blessed to be a mom to three wonderful children. They bring me much joy and I enjoy everyday that I get spend with them. I look forward to the day when I have another great little baby. I love being a mom.

6 Years Today
Today, my husband and I are celebrating our th wedding anniversary. I cannot believe that six years and 3 children later that things are still as good as they were back then. Things have changed in our lives but our love has just grown stronger. I can not wait to see what the next six and more will bring.
The last two years, celebrating our anniversary was not as great because; 2 years ago we both had to work opposite of each other and last year I was stuck in the hospital on manditory bed rest because I had Joshua the day before. So it was great to have today to be together.
Last year, 3 days after mothers day Ashleigh flushed my wedding ring down the toilet and we were never able to recover it, today Chris suprised me with a new ring that is similar to my old one. It has to get sized so I will not get to wear it until Tuesday but I now have a ring.
We were able to get my mom to come watch the children so we could go out to dinner. We went to Tucci's at Trolley Square which is our favorite. It was really nice to be able to go celebrate by ourselves without the children. While we were out, I bought my husband "Guitar Hero" for the X-Box. He is so excited and when we got home with it the twins were beaming as well (so well that they had trouble getting to bed.)
I am looking forward to see what this next year will bring to our Marriage. I LOVE YOU Chris.
