Thanksgiving in San Antonio. This is the second year that we have all gathered at Dad & Christine's house for Thanksgiving dinner. It was another successful dinner with lots of food, family, and friends!!
Colton and Grand Dude enjoyed playing together in the yard and riding the truckster all over the place!!
We seem to have started a tradition this weekend. We meet up with Johanna, Cody's high school friend, and her twin girls and do something fun. We wen to Kiddie Park, rode the trains t the zoo, and Sunken Gardens. It was such a fun day and the kids of course had a really great time!! Usually Jordan will also come with us and hang out. All the kids love Uncle Jordan!!
There is a picture of Colton and Daddy riding the flying saucer, they ride this together every year, too cute to see them squished inside it. G-Mama sent me a picture of Cody and Toby on the same ride when they were little kids. Very cool!! Such a neat kid park that has been around for such a long time. Cody and I both went to Kiddie Park as kids, it's fun to now bring our kids here to play!
On our drive home we stopped at Buc-ee's, a gas station that has turned into a tourist attraction all over Texas!! On the way for a potty break we saw Buc-ee and he wanted his picture with him. Well it was not real just a giant stuffed animal, and I was completely shocked that he wanted to take his picture with him!! On the way to the bathroom we took a picture with him standing next to him and on the way out he wanted another picture, this time he held his hand!!! Crazy, that beaver was Huge!!!
We love spending time with them just wish we could do it more often. They live in Arlington and we are in Katy. Thanksgiving is our meet up time since we both come to San Antonio to celebrate with our families.
