Jackson Trip

This past weekend Mom and I took Collins to Jackson to see DD.  It was a special trip since we don't get to see DD very often.

 Collins and DD hanging out after traveling

 Playing with DD at lunch on the patio at Kiefer's

Dink, Collins, Me and DD after lunch

Paying with his stacking cups

Hanging out by the fireplace

Playing with DD's cane

Playing in Aunt Ginger's Big Tub before bed

Playing before we packed up and headed home

We had a great visit in Jackson with family and hope to go back soon.

Snow Day

Tupelo got a light dusting of snow on February 11th.  It was so funny because everyone acted like we got tons of snow.  We had a delayed start at work so Chad, Collins, Pete and I played in the yard for a bit.  I had to document this event since it was the first time it has snowed in Collins lifetime.  Hopefully he will get to experience more snow in the future!

15 Month Check Up

Collins had his 15 month check up with Dr. Street today.  Our appointment was a little later due to scheduling conflicts.  So Mimi and I took Collins a few weeks ago to get his shots.  He did great.
Today he cried the whole time.  It broke my heart to see him so upset.

Height = 30 Inches - 10th percentile
Weight = 21pounds 11 ounces - 30th percentile
Head - 90th percentile

He is walking/running all over the place.  He is eating us out of house and home so he must be in a growth spurt...

Maybe next time we will have a better experience.

Guess What?

Collins is going to be a Big Brother!  We are so excited about our addition - due August 7th.  They will schedule my section later on so the date could change.  Currently 14 Weeks and counting...
Collins and Pete have no clue what is going on.  I think it will be a big adjustment for them but worth it.

On another note...
I am so proud to say that I did the applique/monogram on Collins shirt.  This is my first official project and it actually turned out cute.  I can totally see how this can become addicting.  More projects coming soon.
