Our Grandma's are probably rolling in their graves, but She loves it. The higher she's thrown the better. My great aunt once commented "you are so ruff with her." Well, no pansies allowed in our house. Actually I think she's just used to it. She just likes any attention she can get and if it involves being thrown in the air or standing on her dad's hands, even better.

I have finally given in to what I thought was the dark side. Now that I've done it, it doesn't seem so bad (and it's not nearly as messy or time consuming). My brother introduced me to scrap booking right after high school and I've loved it since. I even had an entire closet devoted to scrap booking in our last house. Since we've been in our new house I haven't gotten around to "tricking" up the office closet and now I don't have to. I've gone DIGITAL. All I need is a camera, a computer, and the online Costco photo lab. It's great. I have to admit I miss working with the paper, glue and paper cutter, but this is so much easier. I can do 4 pages in the time I used to do one. Thanks to my friend who taught me how (and all the online help) I can actually imagine myself finishing a baby book.

I am spoiled. My husband bought me a new digital camera and it takes wonderful pictures. Our old one has been great, but it was time to move on. We've dropped the old one in the sand once, the shudder won't close, and it takes 3 seconds in between each snap. I was frustrated with the way Her pictures were turning out and I was missing all the fun smiles and raspberries. Now there is no need to worry. I've got lots of smiles, sneezes, and even some yawns. I'm obsessed.

She is sleeping and that means extra time. Here are just a few more pictures of what she has been doing lately. The little boy is her cousin, 4 months older and 4 times bigger. She is getting ready to pull his hair, somethings she is REALLY good at doing. I love the way she is looking at him, very intent. The other two pictures are...just cute and typical.

I am trying to make up for lost time, and lost posts, so here are a few things we have been doing lately.
My dad took a family picture last week and I think they turned out great. She was super easy and enjoyed watching Sweetheart (my mom) dance around. It worked!

Impulsive, spontaneous, and slightly stupid are good words to describe me lately. I was frustrated with my hair. It was too long in the back and annoying in the front so I decided to do something about it. FLOWBEE. Not bad for a self done job. Do I like it? Not really. Do I think it's funny? Definitely. Would I do it again? Probably, and that's the worst part about it. I obviously didn't learn my lesson this time. I've always wanted to see what it would be like to have super short hair and now I did it. That's the nice thing about hair, it always grows back.
