For the 4th of July this year, we decided to attend the parade in Willard, where Brad grew up. They actually did the parade on the 3rd.On the way to the parade, we stopped and got the kids some supper.
We had an entire side of the street all to ourselves. This is Jacob marching with the Willard High School band.
Jacob got lots of candy since he didn't have to fight any of the other kids for it.
Levi had a great view of the action.
One of the floats gave away Popsicles. Levi loved that part of the parade!
After the parade, we came back to our house to find that the neighbors here have a big fireworks show. It was amazing and so nice to get to enjoy it from the comforts of my own driveway! We also let the kids do snaps and they both had a great time throwing them on the ground and stomping on them.Jacob insisted on wearing ear protection (even when he was just stomping on the snaps).
Although he's not smiling here, Levi really enjoyed the light show!
For the 4th, a couple of my sisters came into town and we met them out at my parents' house for supper and to kind of hang out.Levi, Jacob and Nate playing outside.
Jacob playing in the swing with Dallin and Trista.
Back row (L to R): Dallin, Nate, Jacob, Spencer
Front row (L to R): Trista, Levi, Alexis (holding Katelyn)
It was a great way to celebrate our nation's independence and it makes me look forward to doing it again next year!

Boys will be Boys
Just some random pictures of the boys. They love to play in and on our bed after bath time.
We got some new beach type chairs for the boys and they were enjoying watching TV and drinking from their juice boxes.
We also got some water guns for the pool. This is how Jacob fell asleep. Watch out 'cause he's a member of the mafia and he's always carrying :)
Levi not only loves to sit in my pots, he also loves the Tupperware I have in a cabinet at his level.
