Worthwhile quotes

Sometimes we come across great thoughts that we just want to hang onto. I loved these and wish my dear Mom was still here so that I could show her how much I love her and tell her thank-you for all that she has done for me!

Final part of Christmas Celebration

We had a little change of plans and Derek drove up here to celebrate Christmas and came on Sat. January 22nd and left on Wednesday, January 26th. Luckily roads were good both ways, just terribly cold temps everywhere. Damon came over on Sunday for a visit and it was nice to have company in the house. We will go down in a couple of months to visit Derek in Idaho Falls.

A Time For Reflection

It is always sad for me to make a post like this, but at the same time it gives me a chance to reflect on that someone special in our lives and to remember with love the important part that they have played in our lives and for the eternal future that we will have one day with them.  Today marks 4 years since my Dad passed away and tomorrow is 6 months since Dallas left us. I decided to make a post today with my photo tribute for both of these wonderful family members that we love and miss so much.  My heart is so full of love for each of them and I feel such gratitude that my Dad and our grandson Dallas are part of our eternal family. We have been so blessed to know them and we look forward to many wonderful years to enjoy together again one day. Always in our hearts and our memories! 💗💗

The Verdict Is In!!

Last night about midnight I received an email that confirmed what I already pretty much knew. I do have Covid and obviously so does Denny. We are doing better each day though and feel like we have turned the corner and will be just fine. Not a great way to start the new year, but with this out of the way we should be good to go. On to better and more positive things in 2022!! 👍😊

Trip home

Before we left Washington we went out to the grave and it is still so very hard. We miss Dallas so much and there will always be that void in our hearts and lives until we can be together again. We love you so much Dallas! 💗💗💗

Still had some crazy weather through the gorge, but at least it was open.

Pendleton is in view- home at last!
