Olive

	We were all excited to have a visit from Olive on Mother’s Day. Nate’s first time holding a baby.
	Olive was so patient taking pictures and sitting with everybody when all she really wanted to do was get down and crawl. Adorable.
	Annabelle was happy to get an updated picture with her Godparents for the frame in her room.

Roller skating

	Annabelle was invited to a roller skating party of her good friend Julia. She had never been on skates before and I was nervous after a recent clunk to the head but she agreed to wear her helmet.
	Once we mastered the basics by practicing on the carpet she was ready to skate the perimeter with the “walker” and then by the end get out in the rink. We are going to make this a project this summer, to practice and be skating on her own. She is already planning her birthday party NEXT year at the rink.

Happy Birthday Grandpa

	Grandpa recently celebrated his 86th birthday. How is it this man has no grey hair? Oh my Annabelle, I hope you inherit his fantastic genes.
	In case there was ever any question as to which side of the family the children take after, here they are with Aunt Kathy.

Children's Museum

	We spent a Sunday afternoon at the Children’s Museum with one the kids favorite friends, Jonah. This was part of the negotiations Annabelle & I agreed to when we (I) decided not to have a big birthday party this year.
	The faster they see-sawed the more bubbles generated between them. Fun.

	They “made” the wheels and then raced them.
	Later everyone agreed the Wind Tunnel was their favorite activity.
	We rounded out the day by creating a TV broadcast. The ride home was filled with silliness and giggles. Everyone slept soundly this evening.

Happy Birthday Brady

	A few weeks ago we celebrated Brady’s birthday party with him at a local bowling alley. He clearly does not like to be the center of attention.
	Annabelle had fun bowling with her friends. Nate, he bowled too until the boys found it more fun to chase.
