i just lost my engagement ringterrible sense of lost
the significance of the ring
can-not be replaced,can never be replaced,

don't ask me how i lost it
been terribly stressed out n overworked lately,my day of break morphed into nightmar
can't remember when i took it out
or where i placed it
should have followed my gut(to-be-lazy) instincts of not going to the gym
misplaced trust,down n out
i don't believe this

i didn't mean to lose it
something's wrong with me,committed a hideous crime

Last night we had wonderful catch up session with Anne-
God has done a huge miracle on her life!
Picked and lifted her up
God healed her slowly but surely!
and yup she’s still as gorgeous as ever
she still wants to do her inaugural Ironman! :)
(as in the triathalon…not taken literally)
dinner@Pasta Fresca@Siglap was delightfully yummy
we yakked so much!
Laughed about everything
teasing her about her metal ‘inplants’, metal detectors at airports will be BEEEPPPIINNGG non stop
It’s great! God’s walking testimony
We shared about the bleak,the bright and everything
HUGS!
Girl,the God’s joy is your strength!
So glad to see you on the road to recovery

as for me…man I’m like old lady
went to Chinese sinseh for my shoulderstrain which progressed into a back n neck ache
and I oso suffered frm butt-ache!???
sigh*
all that after my long run last sat
I’m such a #$@#$^!
