Hanging out and Having fun!

Yes, I have been hanging out at home with daddy and having fun.  Daddy is not sure if I am learning much, but I will disagree.  You be the judge.
Here I am watching daddy cook. Not the most advantageous spot, but since daddy wouldn't let me sit on the counter, the floor will have to do.

Friday: Daddy and I shopping at AAFES store - mommy sent us to the store for a bouquet of flower, so I got mommy a balloon. Every mommy deserves one.

Monday: Having lunch after my nap. Eating crescent rolls and yam.

Tuesday: Daddy had a Dr's appointment so we picked up mommy at work. Then, mommy and I hung out at the clinic's kiddy korner.  My size chairs and much more.

Planes hanging from the ceiling. Mommy wouldn't let me take them down and play with them though. If they were not for touching, then, why would they put it in the kiddy korner and not in a museum?

Wednesday: Hmm - is it lunch time yet?  Let me cook for you.
It was a nice nap.

Thursday: Another morning is here. I am wearing my new big boy pajamas. They are a bit big on me, but they are actually pajamas!

This is how my week has been.  Can't wait for the weekend . . . daddy and I will spend it with mommy.

Happy 11-MONTH BIRTHDAY!!!

I woke up yesterday and realized I was 11 months old!
So, I made my way to the kitchen.
Got some pancake for breakfast.
Then, tried out the forward facing car seat and made sure my DVD works.
Then, got ready for lunch - mommy got home to eat with us. But she was busy talking on the phone with grandma and grandpa.
Hmm ... where is my lunch?
Finally - got my tummy happy. So, more playtime.
Is it dinner yet?  Oh, no - just a snack time.
Still, I had plenty to eat.
Mommy is home from exercising.  Told me I had to hydrate.

So, I guess, I turned 11 months and went through usual day to day stuff.
Hey, I am a big boy - need more food!
Then, today - same thing - made my way to the kitchen.
After breakfast, played with daddy.
Then, played with mommy in the evening. She doesn't have as many classes now - so daddy and I see her more.

Can't wait to turn a year old - so I won't be a baby anymore.  Would I still be a baby to mommy after I am a big boy?  Hmm, I guess I am stuck being her baby, huh? Can anyone help me to change her mind?

Birthdays for Ruby's Mom and Ruby

Since I wanted to buy a present for Ruby, and mommy wanted something for Ruby's mom, dad said we were going to deliver the presents.  Yay - I got to visit Ruby and play with her.
She is watrching her mommy and waiting for her turn.
It is her turn - she got a phone from me - I know it is not a fancy cell phone - but each button had a cool picture on it and it sings!!!
Me - just hanging out with daddy.
Then, the next day, on Ruby's real birthday - daddy I got to visit her again.
We are playing while her mom is getting the cake ready.
She got a butterfly cupcake and ...

a birthday cake with her name on it. Wow - her mommy is talented!  Mom told me I wasn't getting any cake made for me - if I want any, she said she will buy me one.
Ruby is all ready for her cake and blow out her candle.
Yum - having a piece of the butterfly cupcake.
Ruby - opening her presents

This means I have just over a month till I turn ONE!

Now that is a lot of post, but I have some other pictures.....

I took a lot of pictures today. So these are the ones that did not fit into the other posts. Yeah, I am cute, I know it and I like doing these posts. That way you can keep up with me.

While everyone else was cooking and what not, I was eating strawberries and raspberries.

Like I said, my bear really did not attack me. It is just make believe. Here is me and the dog and the bear all just hanging out.

See we are just buddies.

Sometimes they get tired and just fall over.

Here is me and grandma. Took awhile to get her to look at the camera.

Here I am running around. I can do it with one arm, but not on my own yet.

Me and mommy on the front porch.

Here I am just practicing for a pat down.

I was outside without shoes. Grandma and Grandpa caught me so they put shoes on me.

It was a great day. I had a lot of fun and good company. I hope every weekend is like this.

Ruby came over for dinner and some fun

As I said earlier, Ruby came over for dinner. After that we all just hung out and played.

I tried to warn Ruby that daddy had the camera, but she looked.

Here is Ruby's sister Chelsea attacking my bear.

I forgot to mention Ruby is like crazy mobile. She walks and stands.

I do not know how they knew she was there, but she got a call on my cell phone.
I was checking my other cell and she is trying to turn off the flashlight.

It is not fair. Big kids always take the cool toys.

They ate, hung out and then headed home in the rain. How cool is that.... getting to play in the rain.

I am really lucky to have a friend like Ruby with such cool parents.

I got attacked by a bear!

Yes, I know he is not a real bear, but he is my bear. So we play bear attack and I try to get away. Never know it might be a skill I can use some day.

I was just minding my own business and bam - a bear attack.

He is about 20 times bigger than me, but I can hold my own.

I almost got away here, but he got me back.

You can't see it, but he has my feet.

I tricked him and got away here.... not easy, but I did it.

Hey, I am 10 and a half months old. I can play make believe if I want to!
