Daddy Cleaned up his act

When Daddy woke up today, I told him he looked homeless, I was just copying what Aunt Coleen said, LOL! But, then I though it and was like,  "Daddy it is time for a hair cut". I pushed it and their were some changes at Daddy's work, so he no longer needed to look like the village elder. So I took him to the barber shop.

Daddy at work on Saturday with his co-workers.

My last picture with the "Grizzly Adams" look a like.

The process of restoring Daddy.

I am sorry sir, but this is going to cost extra.

I guess the barber earned her tip today!

Daddy after his hair cut.

He still needs a close shave, but now when he shaves, it will not clog the drains. I know Mommy will be happy, because Daddy no longer looks homeless. The jury is still out as too if he looks any better, but he sure has a lot less hair.

The Mongolian Cave Adventure

Daddy figured since we went under water, the next best thing would be to go under ground. So we went to the Florida Caverns. It was about 30 miles from Ponce De Leon. I had been there before, but Daddy deleted the pictures before he could post them.

Daddy snuck in some educational stuff. Got to pet a turtle and a snake.

Stump standing is a sport in some places. I am really good at it.

Stump sitting is another sport, but I prefer standing.

Going into the cave.

Tonga trying to make me look tall.

Tonga and Batazaya.

Me comforting Daddy, he can be so silly at times.

The cave.

I never had to bend over on the whole tour.

Seems like tall people might have some issues.

More of the cave.

Some more cave.... glad the ceiling does not come down.

The cave with some color added.

The cave tour was really cool. From there Daddy took his brother to Aunt Coleen's beach house so she could meet her Nephew. And all the cousins could meet their cousin. It was a nice visit... Daddy did not take pictures, because he got scolded by Aunt Coleen for looking homeless. Even though Daddy look homeless Aunt Coleen let him eat dinner or maybe she fed him, because he looked homeless. It was one of those two.

Yes, it is February, but the spring is always 68 degrees.

It is winter in Florida and we have had a few cold snaps, but now we are having a heat wave. So while Daddy's Brother was here, we went to Daddy's favorite swimming hole. Ponce De Leon and believe it or not, Daddy let me go swimming. The water is 68 degrees and it was 68 degrees out, so why not?

The three Mongolians. Christopher (Ancestry), Tonga and Batazaya.

Me using my Daddy floatation device.

Me and Grizzly Adams. We know his face was not cold.

In the spring with Daddy.

Learning how to snorkel.

Daddy always makes a big splash.

and a ripple too....

It was a really nice day at the Spring. It was refreshing and Daddy said it made him feel almost one month younger.

Daddy's Mongolian Brother came to visit....

Daddy's Mongolian Brother came to visit and since we live in Florida we took him to the beach. He and his wife are from Mongolia, so the water is warmer than Mongolia. And of course Daddy took pictures and I showed them how to play in the waves.

Coming in from Body surfing.

Teaching them how to run in the waves.

This is me and Batazaya. And he does not look like Daddy. No, he is clean shaven.

My beach run.... you have to see it and listen to "Chariots of Fire".

Daddy is teaching a bread making class.

Batazaya is eating the bread.... it is good bread.

That is the first day.... We had a lot of fun, we went to the beach, road rode the race cars and made bread. I already know how so I was just relaxing.

Henderson Beach State Park in February.

While all of you were digging out of snow or dealing with ice. I was playing on the beach. I have to admit winter in Florida is really nice! I even made a new friend.

Of the 50 states in the Union, only one did not have snow! Florida!

Making a sand castle wall!

I found I new friends.

My new friend is Roger. He is 4 1/2, but I am taller!

Playing in the waves!

It was almost 70 degrees. Why not go to the beach?

The sun is setting. Almost time to go!

Me and Roger!

Me, Roger and Daddy!

The beach was really nice and I got really wet and got to ride home in my under wear. If  you visit, I will take you to the beach too!

Racing with Daddy!

It was a really nice Saturday and we figured we have not been racing lately. Well we have been doing some street racing, but we wanted to hit the track.

My driver and I.

I am really nervous. It is a lot of pressure to win all the time.

I am now big enough to ride the boat. Have to be 42" and I made it. Well might have been one short, but who is going to say no to someone that looks like Daddy?

Working on my fruit chopping.

I was really, really good at fruit chopping.

Counting up my tickets.... ended up with 671!

I get to drive!

Flying school.

Anyway, that was the first part of our day. It was a lot of fun. Of course it was so nice outside, we went to the beach after the races to cool off!

Another visit to the Museum and we found a tank!

Everyone knows we go to the Armament Museum a lot and so we went again. Why not, it is free and has cool stuff. We do make a dollar donation each time, so before long they will be building a new display in our honor. Some of the volunteers even know us by name.

Here I am paying .50 cent to turn .01 cent into something I will lose in 5 minutes.

You know this is fun and educational right?

Look here is a picture and I am not in the trainers.

After the museum we went looking for a park and found a tank.

It is a small older tank, but it was cool. Did I mention it was cold out and time to go home.

We never found a park, it was sprinkling and cold, so we went home. Still it was a fun time and we got out of the house.
