Open a New 800 x 800 Resolution 200
Use The Following Drop Shadow Unless Stated
V&H: 1 OP: 60 Blur: 3 Color: Black
Repeat V&H: -1
Open & Copy Frame 1
Paste As New Layer & Resize By 85%
Activate Freehand Selection Tool & Gulyrana Poser
Draw Round Upper Part Of Poser & Copy
Paste As New Layer & Resize By 25%
Move To Frame
Activate Eraser Tool & Erase Bottom Part Of Poser
Also Erase Around The Bottom Flowers Of The Frame
This Should Give A Popping Out The Frame Effect
Open & Copy Paper 4
Paste As New Layer & Resize By 50%
Move Into Frame
Activate Frame Layer & Magic Wand Tool
Click Outside Frame
Selections - Invent - Modify - Contract By 15% - Invent
Activate Paper Layer & Hit Delete On Your Keyboard
Selections - None
Acivate Eraser Tool
Erase Parts Of The Paper Sticking Out Of Frame
Activate Top Layer
Open & Copy The Following Elements:-
106 - Resize By 70%
100 - Resize By 50%
143 - Resize By 70%

35 - Resize By 75%
Layers - Arrange - Send Down To The Bottom
146 - Resize By 85%
Layers - Duplicate - Mirror
123 - Resize By 60% - Mirror

34 - Resize by 35% - Free Rotate Left by 22 Degrees

Activate Tube & Copy
Resize By 50% - Mirror
Move To Left Handside Of Canvas
Open & Copy Paper 7
Paste As New Layer & Resize by 50%
Layers - Arrange - Send Down To The Bottom
Move Into Frame
Activate Tube & Magic Wand Tool
Draw Round Upper Body & Copy
Paste As New Layer & Resize By 85%
Move Into Frame
Plug In: Xero - Radiance

Click Ok
Adjust - Sharpen - Sharpen More
Layers - Properties:-
Blend Mode: Luminance (Legacy)
Activate Magic Wand & Frame Layer
Click Inside Frame
Selections - Modify - Expand By 15% - Invent
Activate Bottom Tube Layer
Hit Delete On Your Keyboard
KEEP SELECTED
Activate Paper Layer
Hit Delete Again
Selections - None
Open & Copy Paper 1
Layers - Promote Background Layer To Raster - New Mask Layer From Image
Select Mask - MPM_Mask95
Make sure Source Luminance & Invert Mask Data Is checked
Copy Merged and Paste as new layer
Layers - Arrange - Send To Bottom
Resize By 50%
Activate Top Layer
Layers New Raster Layer - Add All Copyright Info
Layers New Raster Layer - Add Watermark
Layers New Raster Layer
Select Your Text Tool
Select Your Font I have used Santa's Sleigh - Size: 72 - Stroke 2 - Bold
Click Foreground and change to Pattern - I Have Used A Gold Pattern
Which I Have Provided Below:-
Please Save
You Can Either Open In Your PSP Or Add To Your Patterns Folder
In Your PSP Files
Make Sure Angle Is 135 & Scale Is 50
Click Background and Change to #971906
Type Your Name
Convert Raster To Layer
