In Loving Memory of Lisa


As many of you know, my sweet sister Lisa passed away suddenly on 17 October, 2009. Her husband Chris and I encourage you to scroll through her blog at this time as a way of honoring her memory and remembering what an incredible person she was!

Please note the following events being held in Lisa's honor:


*There will be a gathering of friends and family tonite in Tempe, AZ. A collection of Lisa's photography will be displayed. Thursday, 22 October from 5:30-7:30 pm at the Tempe Center for the Arts (700 W Rio Salado Parkway).


*Viewing: Friday, 23 October from 6-8 pm at Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary (2350 East 1300 South) SLC, UT.


*Funeral Service: Saturday, 24 October at 12 noon at the Monument Park Stake Center (1320 South Wasatch Blvd SLC, UT). A second viewing will be held prior to the funeral from 10:45-11:45 am at same address.


*In honor of Lisa's passion for dance and photography and her dedication to the pursuit of higher education, a memorial scholarship fund has been established in Lisa's name. Road Trip Pictures...

We had such a wonderful adventure exploring some our favorite places. From the mountains to the desert; we saturated ourselves in the great outdoors. We had a chance to:

  • see charlie blow out his 4 candles on his birthday cake
  • hit our favorite eats
  • see family
  • kayak the snake
  • and mountain bike {28 miles worth}!!!!

We've Been Busy

[wow! where did the summer go to? chris has been working hard bidding jobs and i finished up my alternative process photography class. i found my niche. creating photographs with processes from the 19th century-cyanotypes. lots of changes have taken place this past month...chris graduates this december.whoo whoo! and i will not be going back to school. because i got some wonderful job opportunities. meet my new boss. yeah i am pretty much on cloud nine working for this extraodinaire. its wild entering the commercial world!]

---we are off road tripping to park city utah, jackson hole wyoming and moab utah to mountain bike, see family and shoot lots of black and white film!
