Life?

Here's some random words for people living out there.

*no offense to anybody*, just some random words

So, Stop judging wrongly without knowing the right fact. Stop making assumptions like your so god damm perfect. Everything has its limits. Watch your words & mouth before u get into shit trouble. I've kept it cool but it seems like you love adding more oil to the fire. Not satisfied with me, tell it straight. Don't create unwant...ted situations by comments and etc.. You might be smarter, might be talented but doesn't mean you have the right to do something towards someone ego. You might think whatever I do is wrong but let me tell you something, "I just love the way i am" & "I guess you are the one who are stupid and don't know anything at all". I need not explain or report everything to anybody. Let's see how does it goes in few years time.

* God create us to compete with our self in order to improve NOT compete with each other.
* Nobody have the rights to comment about anybody.
* No 100% perfection in this world neither not all apple are sweet.
* It is good to be low profile but do not let anyone cross the limit.
* Everybody have their rights to speak and voice out, as long the content he or she speaks make sense.
* Please don't be a DOG of someone

The Final Countdown

Welcome back to the new and the final semester days in UTAR.

Back to the life with stress starting from week 1 due to my course is the first batch to start our VIVA. Therefore THESIS, SLIDES, Presentation skills have to be done in just less than 2 weeks.

Heart is beeping faster everyday, pulse being unstable day by day, white hair growing every week.

It's the FINAL COUNTDOWN for the one and half year research. Final Countdown for the past 4 years.

Many have asked about my status, my relationship, ALL i can say is "I DO NOT HOOK UP" and is NOT a MUST for me at this moment. Which girl will like a guy with empty pocket? Which girl will choose a guy with no car? Thanks to my all past which makes me grow, and rely to myself. I am a guy trying hard to earn everything by myself. Being poor is not a bad thing, at least you get to see the reality. Learn from the rich.

May God/ Buddha/ Allah/ or whatever that is Holly bless!! & Here we go again!!

6th & 7th Jan 2009

After the new year celebration, sugar price increase, NOW, Petrol price going to increase. What is 1 Malaysia? 1 country, 1 culture and why is still 2 policies of petrol price? Bigger car engine pay more, smaller engine pay less? What is this? I understand that our country petrol price is still much lower compared with other countries like Singapore, Thailand, and U.S.. But is that possible to introduce 2 types of policy just to help the poor? Does it fair to everyone?

Seriously, who is the "poor" you going to help? If We are 1 Malaysia, then stick with 1 Malaysia concept! LOOK! you raised cigarettes price, but people still buying and even more. You can raise petrol price, but PLEASE, Don't be Bias. The people are not blind, they read news paper everyday.

Next, something interesting happened lately in our country and it's a hot issue to everyone.

Our country being attacked by some STUPID "terrorists". Why do i called them stupid? They Bombed church and the church still there, and the funniest thing is they throw molotov to the church under raining condition. WTH..did your mom teach you water can kill fire?

Look what have they done!

Metro Tabernacle Church in Desa Melawati (worst case)

The Life Chapel Church in Section 17 Petaling Jaya

The Assumption Church in Jalan Templer Petaling Jaya (beside Assunta hospital)

Our Ministers condemned the attacks on the churches, describing them as irresponsible and provocative acts that could lead to retaliation. Seriously, I really hope this incident has nothing to do with them but too bad, too many evidence pointing to their culture now.

Does it worth because of a word "Allah"?

You people have nothing to do? Is this your entertainment?

1 Malaysian really work?

Do you see educated or rich Muslim protest infront of the mosque? answer is "no". They are educated, they respect the law, they do not waste time on all this activities. Here's some words for those uncivilized people. Go and earn extra money if you have time. For your own goodness sake. Don't be poor for the rest of your life and hoping for government help to feed your 10 children.

There's some questions i really want to ask the police,

What are you doing when the Muslims protesting?

How do you treat the other religion when they protest? (note : water gun, and even involve special squad)

Who are you gonna sacrifice this time for the incident? (cow head protest till now also haven solve, F-15 engine sacrifice 2 innocent Indian, NOW WAT? CHINESE?) Why do i say that? since you people insists the violence is not done by Malay or Umno, then must be someone from other race or religion. The Public is watching you. Every step you take, you move, you done, link to the next election. Don't burden the government. Be "Cepat, Mesra, Jujur".

Our King says stay calm and respect houses of worship. He is right. Our government says respect the court decision. They are right too. Problem is, why our "uncivilized citizen" still doing all this? RESPECT THE COURT, RESPECT THE KING, RESPECT THE DECISION. Do you want the Christian do back the same to you? Did your bible teach you to bomb people church? Why is your Allah not my Allah?

MAY YOUR GOD BLESS YOU FOR DOING THIS, MAY YOUR GOD FEEL PROUD OF WHAT YOU HAVE DONE.

N3w Year gift by M'sia Government

1st Jan 2010

How many of you still enjoying? How many of you started to realize something bad is happening?
First day of the new year, government gave the public a big gift by increasing sugar price, increase RM0.20 for every 1kg of sugar. Worst case, they allow F&B industry including hawkers to raise their product (any food and drinks as long got sugar content) RM0.10. Cited, "Teh O Ais kurang manis"?Sama harga. Unless u order "Teh O Kosong. How many drinks can you make with 1kg of sugar?10 or 20? Let's assume 10, 1kg increase 20cents, 10 cups of drink gives you extra RM1 profit but you are paying 20cents for 1kg of drinks, so basically you still earning extra RM 0.80. Dam. I am considering to quit study and go for F&B industry. Our government is so funny, after all the inflation thingy, our government ask to cut sugar content in food and drinks due to the citizen health. "Malaysians consumed 26 teaspoons of sugar a day compared with the recommended seven tea spoons". Later on, Our Sugar King, Robert Kuok, are enjoying his profit by doing this stuff "Kuok are paying US$20mil for 14.37 million shares of United Co Rusal’s US$2bil Hong Kong initial public offering (IPO)."

Question 1
Where is all the profit our government have made all the while by selling sugar?

Question 2
Where do you buy all the sugar from?foreign companies?

Question 3
Are you controlling the monopoly power or the monopoly power controlling you?

Question 4
Why is only our country the only one have to increase but not other countries?

Question 5
why sugar increase 20 cent, teh tarik also increase 10 cent? 10/160 x 1000g = 62g of sugar in 1 cup of teh tarik?

*I wonder what is coming right after sugar issue. Petrol is increasing back to US dollar USD80. wonder will it affect our price this year?God Bless Us.

EON Cap advised to get nod for institutional-level talks

The board of EON Capital Bhd (EON Cap), which met yesterday, was advised to seek Bank Negara approval to start negotiations on an institutional level with Hong Leong Bank Bhd (HLB) on the latter’s proposed buyout offer.

HLB is also believed to have approached Bank Negara to talk to EON Cap as an institution, and not to individual or targeted shareholders, on its proposed takeover offer. However, it is believed that the approval is still pending.

Primus Partners Ltd, which holds 20.2% in EON Cap and is apparently the lone voice of protest, was believed to have sent out a strong message objecting to what it felt was “a restricted offer” from just one bank and at such an undervalued offer.

Primus had bought EON Cap, which closed at RM6.84 yesterday, at RM9.55 per share. HLB’s Tan Sri Quek Leng Chan is said to be offering just RM5.50 to RM6 per share, which values EON Cap at less than 1.3 times book value.

The Taiwan-based private equity firm is also said to be asking for a chance to take the idea to the open market where EON Cap may fetch a higher counter bid and minority shareholders may also get a better deal.

Earlier, StarBiz reported that Primus was believed to have approached Singapore’s Temasek Holdings Ltd for a joint bid, potentially through the Alliance banking group in which Temasek holds 29.27%.

Seriously i don't really understand the news, what HL doing?-->EON bank?what for?someone please explain to me. Good for our economy?or bad? Will HLB shares increase after the successful of buying over or merge?
