Don't Worry Be Happy

Well, just now Chaipeng introduced me a book titled Don't Worry Be Happy, a book writen by a psychiatrist at HKL

I dont know what's so excited about this book but I cant wait to read it. For a long time, I havent touch on some buddism book. It's years back when I was in my matriculation year, when it's like a hell for me. Buddism books somehow help me in a way to look things in a different perspective. Till now, I would say, becoming disorient is so much easy but going on the right way is much way harder. That's why keeping a buddism books on hand can help, if not much but at least a bit.

Many people will think that buddism books are for those who are truth to Buddha, always go for prayers. I somehow deny this fact. does lots of prayers mean he/she is a good person??? I dont see so. For me, I always tell my mum, I belive in Buddism, but it doesnt mean that I must pray every day or do chanting. Buddism is a teaching. If you hold his teachings, you are considered a buddhist. But does it matter? I guess how a person behave is more important, wether that's from the God or Allah or LaoTzi or whoever. The most important thing is "apply" . ( well, i dont think i am qualified for these yet!) ..... hence, i will stop here.

Anyway, that was just a small thought of mine..... until then.
