...In the stillness of the morning, the religious leaders brought before Jesus a barely covered woman caught in adultery. One of the accusers said, "teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. What do you say about this?" (John8:5, NIV) Jesus di%d not answer the question but instead bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. As the crowd kept pushing the issue, Jesus stood up and said to the mob, "If anyone in this group is without sin, let that person be the first one to throw a tone at her." (John 8:6, NIV). Jesus glared at the crowd and stooped down to write on the ground again. You could hear the echo noise in the temple courtyard as the crowd dropped their rocks of judgement and left. (pg.132)
...That timing brings an important truth to the surface: God uses his people at strategic times. You are where you are for a reason. There are no mistakes in God's master plan. (pg.133)

There is this old story of the shoe salesman who goes to a distant country, arrives there and sees that no one there wears shoes and he says, "Oh, no. I am not going to make any sales on this trip. No one here wears shoes" Another salesman goes to the same country and he sees that no one wears shoes and he says,"Oh, boy. I am going to have a field day here, nobody has shoes yet!" pg 197.
