We have had a fun and eventful month of November, which I hope to get updated on the blog soon.
Starting with Colten finishing medical school anatomy! We survived and he did very very well, but we didn't expect anything less than that since Natalya and I left him alone for the first 4 weeks of it to "study his brains out"! I thought I would have seen less of him during the last 3 weeks of anatomy (due to needing to study) but life was pretty normal. He studied a lot, but he always studies a lot. He is pretty good at sitting by me on the couch while I watch a show and he pretends to watch but mostly he studying. However, when I missed something in the show or don't understand, he can always tell me what I missed or am confused about. How does he do that?! I thought only women were multi-taskers!
The best way to learn anatomy is to have a real skeleton sitting in our house for 7 weeks!
This hair-do is called the Palm Tree Pigtails!
One of my friends had some deer meat that their neighbors gave to them and she didn't know how to cook it up so we had them and another family over for venison dinner!
Cami was much more excited about cooking the deer meat than I was. Can you tell? It turned out yummy and was a fun evening.
Most every night we try to read Talya a bedtime story. She usually lasts about 4 pages into the book and then she is done and wants to climb over everything and play. But I did capture a nice moment with her and daddy reading a story.
Colten and Natalya during story time. Too cute!
