June 3, 2011 will be our 6 year wedding Anniversary! How TIME FLIES when you're having fun! haha.. SO CHEESY, but so true! I can't even put into words how much Collin means to me! You are my EVERYTHING! Thank you so much for putting up with me, and for loving me and our kids unconditionally! BEST father and husband a girl could ever ask for! I thought I would post some wedding pics taken 6 years ago!! Seems like yesterday.. I LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU BABE! Thanks for everything!

We will be welcoming another baby boy into our family come October! Cy was SO EXCITED to find out that he will have a baby brother! He actually wanted C.C. to be a boy.. haha.. Anyways, we are so excited and feel VERY BLESSED!!

Yes, we are expecting our 3rd child to join us this October. He/She is due on my mom and sister-in-law's birthday! We are very excited and look forward to this new little blessing in our lives.

Thanks to my amazing sister-in-law LIZZY, we finally have some new family pictures, as well as some pics with Santa! It has been a long time since we have taken family pictures. We have never had ANY done with C.C... I asked Lizzy if she could just crop me out, because then they would really great!

Cy finally calmed down enough to tell Santa what he wanted for Christmas, but wouldn't sit on his lap! :(

Believe it or not, we haven't had any professional family pictures taken since C.C. has been born! I just now realized that our main picture on our blog was only of Collin, Cy and me!! Poor C.C.. haha.. So, I found the most recent "family picture" and of course we had to be in costumes! haha.. Hopefully we can get our amazing family photographer LIZZY to take our family pics soon!!

Our C.C. Girl turned 1 on 9-11-09!! We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old! Weird. In other words, there is never a dull moment in the Hayward home. We LOVE our C.C. Girl SO MUCH! She has been such a joy in our lives! We have been blessed beyond words. Collin and I seriously look at each other every night and say "I LOVE our kids"!!

• DADDY’s GIRL!!! – Seriously, C.C.’s first word was “Dada” and even NOW she will RARELY call for me, even when Collin is NOT home, she looks beyond me and says “Dada?” As in “where’s my dad?” Anytime she is yelling from her crib, it is always “DADA!!!!” TOTAL daddy’s girl, and I LOVE IT! I am also a big daddy’s girl, and I think a father -daughter bond is so special. I hope she can always have that close relationship with her daddy.

• ACTIVE – This girl is a ACTIVE!!! She is NOTHING like Cy was at this age. Cy was seriously CHILL. Not C.C. girl.. She is EVERYWHERE all the time and into EVERYTHING!! C.C. does NOT know how to sit still unless she is sleeping or eating. She also loves to climb on everything! I love it, but it gets a little tiresome at times. She seriously won’t even sit still to watch a show. She doesn’t care much for tv (also total OPPOSITE of Cy), but it’s ok.. I hope she always stays active!

• DIVA – C.C. is the epitome of a D-I-V-A!! Seriously. She wants what she wants WHEN she wants it, and if she doesn’t get it there is HE** to pay! Haha.. Once again, SO OPPOSITE of Cy! Cy was completely content with the most simple things, but C.C. has a brain that NEVER turns off! She is always wanting SOMETHING.. most of the time it’s whatever you are holding (which is 99.9% of the time a cell phone).

• FOOD – C.C. LOVES to eat! She will eat anything. It’s kind of a nice change from my picky eater. She loves to eat , and can handle any type of food. We have tried to stick to baby/toddler food still, but it gets hard when she pushes it away and only wants what you are eating. Her favorite thing to eat is ICE CREAM! We made the mistake of getting Cy and C.C. ice cream cones the other night. C.C. was in HEAVEN and wanted nothing else but ICE CREAM! Haha..

• SMART – I know we all say this about our kids, so it’s ok to boast, right? C.C. is very smart. She isn’t the same TYPE of smart Cy was at this age with talking so early, but she can figure things out! She loves to be shown something (like a puzzle, for instance) and then trying to do it herself. She loves to pull lids off of stuff and then put them back over and over and over again! She likes to “help” with the dishes, because she thinks she knows where everything goes. She also likes to unscrew lids with her teeth. I don’t like to allow her to do this, but I catch her doing it while I am not looking. We have to keep a constant eye on this one, she will be the one to drink cleaner or something.. **KNOCK ON WOOD**

• TOUGH/TOMBOY – I think I might have gotten my tomboy! Haha.. C.C. is a TOUGH girl! She will fall and bump her head on something, and while I see a large goose egg (sp?) forming on her forehead, she gets up and keeps walking or playing without a peep. She hardly cries when it comes to physical pain. She loves to play with cars and balls, and wants nothing to do with her toy Barbie that Cy gave her for her birthday! Sounds a little too familiar, right Leesa?

• LOUD – This girl is NOT QUIET!! Anything and everything that she has to say is LOUD enough for everyone to hear. It doesn’t help that she is currently the youngest “baby” in the branch. Actually, both my kids are the youngest kids, so they are usually the only ones making noise in church. So embarrassing! I can already see an outgoing personality in C.C. – she might need to be Cy’s mouthpiece since he is so shy! Haha..

• SLEEPING BEAUTY – C.C. has been a fabulous sleeper since about 4 months old. We LOVE it, because she will sleep from 8-8 most nights, and it has been that way for awhile. Sorry to keep comparing, but Cy didn’t sleep through the night until he was about 18 months old, so it is HEAVEN that C.C. sleeps so well!! Thank you baby girl! You have made it possible for us to want more children! Hehe.. Sleep is VERY critical in our home!

Pictures below from our little family (LITTLE family, as in Collin, Cy, C.C. and myself) party we had for C.C. girl. I have YET to have a bigger family party for her.. Poor thing… must be 2^nd child syndrome. Cy had a big lavish 1^st birthday party, and C.C. has a very tiny 1^st birthday family party. Talk about extremes! I will figure out a happy-medium someday! ;) Maybe with baby #3??

C.C. girl – HAPPY (belated) BIRTHDAY! We LOVE you SO MUCH! It has been such an amazing 14 months, and I’m looking forward to see what else you have in store for us! Thank you for always keeping us on our toes! Your little smile and sweet laugh always seem to just melt our hearts! You really are such a blessing from our Heavenly Father, and we thank him DAILY for your presence! Ofa Lahi Atu.. Love, Your parents.
