it is raining heavily outside..and somehow, i love the feeling of downpour. though rain brings inconvenience, make me drench and etc, i feel that it's quite refreshing..haha..i usually dislike rainy days, but dunno why, there is this feeling of joy when it started to rain just now.. *take a deep breath in*

well, shall start with wat i have been doing today...practically, i did nothing much other than searching for MSDSs (materials safety data sheets)..it's not a tough job, of course..finished everything within 1hr...then, i started to slack till kenryuu called for us for lunch...and guess where we went?? Waraku @ East Coast..thanx alex for driving us there...we all had to squeeze in his BMW..but lucky we aren't that fat, u see...lolz..know the reason why we can travel so far? coz liu bing & wilson wun around..and when your bosses aren't around...he he he...but really thank kenryuu for treating all of us..it must have cost him a bomb..oh, btw, UOB credit card got 10% discount k.. ;) the food was much nicer than what i've eaten in other jap restaurants, too bad i was busy eating and forget to take some photos of it..yup..hope it's a good recommendation to all..it does have other branches, but i dunno where..haha..i think cuppage ba...clarke quay's one coming soon...i think only lar..

alex agitated me today...but actually it wasn't something serious, but i just think it's too irritating to keep repeating the same joke, and it's on me..i gave him a glare, a glare oni k..and he apologised non-stop..but of course, i ignored him, coz my mood not v good (because of some other reasons)..dun wish to scold ppl, spoil my image ma..so i just diam diam, sit down there and do my stuff..then he came over and said in chinese, "xue ying, sorry, dun be angry k..it's just a joke...sorry.." but i just kept quiet..after some time, i messaged him and said that i'm not angry with him, and everything ok lar...and guessed wat he replied? "oh, i almost wanted to treat you lunch and dinner for the rest of the week, but now, i think dun nid le...heng ahh.." *puke blood* 死信不改...but ok lar, i got used to them le..so i just treat them as rubbishing lor..but i dunno that my glare can be so scary..hehe..oopz~

This unknown plant grew in my mum's small little garden since 3 weeks ago, i think...it is believed to be delivered by a bird, which planted a seed into the soil of one of the pots in my mum's garden..something weird about this plant is, it opens up in the morning, and closes at night, as you can see from the pics below..it's quite interesting.it grows very fast too...but i seriously dunno what plant it is..anyone can tell me?? thanx!

something wrong with the blogger today...nvm...

i read quite a number of blogs nowadays, coz i'm simply bored..hehe..firstly, I read
Daphne's blog. Found this website by chance, and at first, i really can't accept her way of expressing her art...all the tattoos, engravings, earhole enlargement and piercings..all done on her body..yup..however, as i read, i find her quite interesting...her blog makes me realise the presence of these group of people, and i like her attitude, though kinda vulgar at times..hehe..but it's something worth reading.. :)

next, i read Peggy's blog. Nothing much to say about this other than her life is quite colourful..hehe..btw, she is also from nyjc..yup..boi doesn't agree that she is pretty...but i still think she is quite good looking leh..at least a healthy, goodlooking gal, i may say..

and of course, i read those blogs on my lists, occasionally..hehe...as well as, boi's...he seems to stop blogging, but then, i still visit his blog once in a while to take a look at his past posts...see the changes that he has made in his character..i still like the innocent, and childish him, though he always make me angry then..hehe...i miss his posts..wondering when he will continue..hmm...


i was slacking throughout my work today..no one is there to supervise us and to give us work...so we typically surf net the whole day...have our self-declared tea breaks..hehe..oh, Alex cried while chatting on his phone...dunno what happened..(just feel like saying it..hehe..*evil*). he doesn't want to share it..hope everything is fine for him..hey, though i always crap with them, i still care for them k..hehe..even when they always bully me..*pout* oh, tmr Liu Bing will be back..sigh~ no more breaks..and i will take a half-day leave dis friday to go back NTU to get my dunno what card...stupid! waste my time travelling up and down..sigh~

oh, i'll be going for the Consonance's concert this September, 16..(am i right?)...who should i buy the ticket from?? boi wun be going coz he got his event on that day...nvm, so long never watch choir concert le, dunno how izit feel like..haha..wadeva, gotta go do my stuffs now...

got myself a set of fake nails from Sasa..it costs me $9.90..so cheap man..but i can't wear it now because of my attachment..sigh~ nvm, will find chance to put them on..hehe..

just came back from a dinner with boi's family at "No Signboard" seafood restaurant at Kallang..quite nice, but very expensive...5 dishes cost us $240. wow~ but the food is really nice, especially the butter crab.. :) after the dinner, we went Chinatown for a walk...feel like buying a pair of sneakers & my sandals (papillo)...hmm, coz my shoes now is beyond hope..it's just damn lousy..hehe..well, i think i'll get boi's sister to help me get sneakers, coz her fren got discount ma..hehe..and the sandals, i'll see when she wants it, den maybe can get together online..cheaper by quite alot leh...well, well, well...dun think so much first, sneakers is more impt now..coz my work needs it, so i'll see how...am i spending a lot?? hmm...hope i'm not.. *pout* get my next pay first den say..hehe..

oh, Channel U's people interviewed boi & his parents today..they went over to his house to shoot about his family..hehe..and tomorrow, they will shoot his office..hmm, not supposed to say it..but den, do watch 惊叹号 on Channel U in September..hehe..oopz, i've said too much..yup, that's all i'll reveal..must watch arh.. ;P

yeah, finally found someone to teach me tie a bun..hehe...it's none other than boi's sister lor..hmm, hope i can do it..if not, i'll have to cut my hair short, again...quite sick of having long hair when i'm not doing anything about it..i noe i will curl my hair, but not so soon...maybe when i enter my working life ba..as for now, i oso dunno what to do with it..*headache*

oh, i'm learning driving soon...coz tempted by boi & some of my friends..hehe..but den, will learn after i graduated..coz i dun wanna use my parents' money. yup, must have some plans for future ma..well, now, i need to study hard..yesh, before i really miss studying...eh, u never hear wrongly, i miss studying now..my IA is fun, but i still like to study (doesn't mean i like exams k..)..

well, i'll talk about some other stuffs for my next blog, coz the title doesn't match..hehe..

went NTU early in the morning to pay my school fee & sign the comp loan for kian.
Then, had breakfast at Canteen B..terrible..haha..
after that, boi & i went Orchard for a walk where we ended up at Coffee Club for our lunch -- Chocolate fondue with calamari rings...


then, we went over to boi's house to rot before we headed to Pasir Ris Park for dinner...hehe..
had dinner by the beach..the food were nice (those with star ones)...and the ambience is fantastic..really..i love it very much...thanx dear...


went home quite early to prepare for the big day...was very tired...

woke up early in the morning to continue helping my mum with the food..lack of sleep...hehe..
boi reached at about 9am to cook his fried rice & potato salad..hehe..*touched*
the rest of the day, nothing much, eat & eat & eat..hehe..
received blessings thru' sms from Xianwei, Boi, Carol, Grace, yu, wen & Charmaine (accordingly)..

very very tired...but i still need to work..sigh~
maria wished me Happy Birthday, when it was actually yesterday..hahaha..but her effort is appreciated.. :)
met Grace @ parkway in the evening..she was LATE!
haha..had a chat with her before she sent me home..
when i stepped into my house, no one was there...all went out to eat...*sob sob*
chatted with boi & watched tv, at the same time...
made boi sad again..sometimes i just believe that some things have to be remained unspoken, so as not to hurt their feelings...sorry.. i'm still feeling bad now..


well, my bdae ended with laughters, as well as, exhaustion..hehe..but i really need to thank the following people to help me make all these possible:

1) Boi...thank him for helping me organise my bdae celebrations..i'm really very touched and heartache when i see him tired out, and yet, trying to make everything turn out well.. *holding back my tears*

2) my family members..thank them for helping out in the cooking on 13/8...esp. my mum. they were all tired after the big day too..*huggies*

3) boi's parents...the sum they had contributed..i'm very touched, and also very paiseh..coz i dun deserve to receive such huge amount...but can tell how much they like me...i'm very happy..
4) my dear friends....you people...without you guys, it wun make the celebration complete..thanx for the prez..i like them very much..Abercrombie jacket frm cy & hy, Shirt, skirt & necklace frm rol, wen, yu & shiying, Sembawang voucher frm Xianwei, OTO Trimax TX-908 & Spinex frm boi & his family, and the really nice aroma lamp frm Grace..and of course, the cards that i received. they are the best gifts ever..thankew so much!

alrite, turned 21..i need to plan more on my future..i need to be more matured..haha..yup..i'll try to become a better person, on the whole...i promise not to give boi anymore problems..i must learn to give in..yup..a lot of stuff for me to learn..hope i'm able to cope..hehe..no worries, i noe i can..

i had my National Day spent going out with my family & boi to bugis to do last minute shopping for this coming sunday...then, boi & i met kian at Buona Vista in the evening..we had our XO fish slice noodles for dinner there before we headed to kian hostel (hall 9)...the food was quite delicious. however i dun really like the main dish -- the XO stuff...haha..ok, nvm..then, along the way to NTU, i saw Meifang..she rebonded her hair, but other than that, she still looks the same. ;)

Upon reaching hall 9, there was a series of stairs to climb..yup..tired, but still ok for me, eh, not ok for boi..haha..coz he is too FAT! oops~ the place is ok lar..not bad lor..quite windy..hehe..and boi almost fall asleep there k..lazy bum..nothing much happen on National Day, can't see any real fireworks, other than those on TV mobile..hehe..happy happy day. btw, boi, you must remember to get the cactus from me k...

as for today...i only work half day, coz i'm supposed to go back NTU to see my mentor..nothing much to say about the morning, other than Alex trying to act stupid..asked him to drive me to NTU because i'm going to be late due to him, he said he dun mind if i'm able to help him get a day off too..dotx..

went back NTU to meet up with hy & cy, coz it's MSE day...maybe i'm kinda late, all the goodies were taken..*sob sob* saw Jiaquan, but all of us can't recognise him, coz he has grown horizontally and it seems like it is also exponentially..haha..well, i dun like his long hair (quite long for guys)..makes him look so sloppy, unkempt, bla bla bla...terrible lar..but i dare not say..shhh...then, we had our lunch at the Cafe by the Quad..not very nice still leh...nvm..oh, i was cursing myself because i forgot to bring my school fee..haiz~ so i have to make another trip down this saturday, while boi will meet kian for the loan thingy..hopefully i wun forget..hmm...

oh, i saw quite a few familiar faces...saw Ken, my ny classmate. he is still so beng..haha..then i saw Kim Siang, boi's ny classmate..hehe..he asked me about boi..so thoughtful of him.. :) erm, yup..that's the more significant ones..

then, i went to look for my mentor, Dr. Joachim Loo . on my way to his office, i met a guy who has his left leg bandaged and was holding a crutch.He was wearing a orange polo tee, with a pair of bermudas. he looked like a student from NTU..i helped him to hold the door so as to let him into the staff office..and coincidentally, he was standing outside my mentor's room trying to do something, which i can't see..and when he turned around, he spoke,"Oh, hi. Are you looking for me? You are lucky as i went out for quite some time." i was surprised..huh? you are Dr. Loo?? wanted to ask about his injury, but i think it's better not to be too KPO..he was very engaging, and we chatted for awhile before i left..hehe..finally got a better mentor after so many years..haha..but his appearance dun look like he got a PhD...hehe..too young for it ba..nvm..

then, i went to JP for a walk, and decided to take bus 30 home..it was indeed a long long journey..but i enjoyed the scenery..hehe..dun mind taking again, if i got the time...that's about all for today..

i will be meeting the gals tomorrow..hmm, hopefully can get the seats, coz i dun have a backup plan..well, shall see how, then. it seems like the present isn't the main issue here, is the celebration, you know...the meet ups with people is the crucial factor, so i dun really mind what gifts i get..as long as it's not something wild or wad..haha...crap..ok well, looking forward for tomorrow to come...yup yup...

as for now, i shall go sweep floor before any nagging starts..


ps: i wanna stay in hostel during my final year...but whether to be able to get it or not is another thing..hehe..

Firstly, i wanna thank hy & cy for the wonderful dinner yesterday nite..i love the present!!!! must be ex rite..hmm...but i think the unwrapping part is kinda irritating and filled with lotsa patience, hardwork and bla bla bla...well, thanx anyway...i esp. like the card..so simple yet so nice..hmm..got tian1 fen4...haha..i'll wear the jacket frequently, dun worry..

the below is my favourite....is i-forget-the-name ice kacang..hehe..mango flavour..and boi was quite sick of it as we ate many things before this...


next, yanxin received these gifts from her Xi'an friend, who has gone back last sunday..well, they are namely the paper-cutting artpiece, a pouch, and a du4 dou1...yup..i oso dunno why she wanna give her du4 dou1..but, it's quite unique..haha..


saw this creature while waiting for boi on friday...she tried to scare people by hugging them suddenly when they walk pass..many giggling and screams were heard..thank god, she never come after me...haha..


saw this baby race at Compasspoint..very funny, can see many parents trying thousands of ways just to make their children crawl...haha...enjoyed the fun watching these cute little babies.



The 3 movies that i've watched for the past two weeks..i love "Click" most..should go watch when you free..

thanx to the guys..we had our signatures on the expensive substrate with two layers of varnish casted. oh no, now then i realise, where is this substrate in the end?? still landing somewhere in the lab??oopz~ hope Liu Bing wun see it...if not, hmm....dun want to imagine..

but well, tomorrow is friday!!! yup, another start of my wonderful weekend...hohoho..
too bad boi isn't free for me today...so sad, so sad.....
nvm, he is always so busy..can't blame him..blame myself for staying so far away from his house, for being too dependent on him, and missing him too much...hehe..
