My mom is one of those woman that everyone likes. I will run into someone and when they find out Linda Dayley is my mother they all say, "Linda is your mom, I love her. When I was sick she brought over hot homemade bread. Her example of service has been an influence to me. She loves her family. Her grandchildren all 16 of them are her priority. She has taught or is currently teaching all her grandchildren piano lessons. When we are not able to bring the kids to her house she comes to our individual homes and teaches them. The kids love having her individual attention.
Mom with her 2 girls: Jennifer and Jill
We had grandma and grandpa over for dinner. Jen and I put on dinner for our families. It was so fun to sit over the dinner table and visit and catch up.
Hannah is 5! A smart 5 year old is she. She will be going to kindergarden this fall. She and I do homeschool each day. We practice Math, ABC's, ride bikes, do Jillian Michaels DVD, crafts, cooking. Really anything we do I say is our home school activities. She is delightful to be with. Her vocabulary is advanced and she is quite funny. I have truly enjoyed everyone of my children. I am a bit sad about my last child going to school.
Annie girl is 9 and finishing up 4th grade. I moved to Arizona when I was finished 4th grade. Annie is such a nurturing girl. She LOVES babies. She is always holding them, looking at them or playing them. Kinda reminds me of myself.. She can not wait to be a babysitter. Probably 1 more year. Annie is a great athlete. She runs really fast, climbs trees, plays soccer, dances, and has a talent with making friends.
James gets his driving permit in 3 weeks. That is such an exciting time in a teenagers life. He better work really hard this summer and get the eagle scout project organized and complete! James is one of those young man you can trust and count on. He works really hard at school-straight A's, sports, lifting weighs, eating healthy, mowing lawns, and doing his church duties. He has all sisters but it doesn't seem to bother him at all. Annie can wrestle and run just like a little brother. Great things are in store for this young man of mine.
Katie's life is the one that has changed the most in our family. Graduate high school & finished her first year at BYU-I. She is home for the summer. She is studying to be a dental hygienist. Today was her first day at her new job working in a dental office. She is the front desk receptionist. So many options and blessing coming her way. She has lots of excitement coming her way. I love her and am so happy she is home. Our family feels complete again.

After dinner the kids had me put on my pi's and robe... I was going to get a massage from them. They are all really good. I felt so loved yesterday. I felt so appreciated. I woke to breakfast( steel cut oats and a green smoothie). Then I was sent on a treasure hunt. First to my closet to find the gold. Annie had made a little cave in art class and that is where my gold earrings were hiding. The next note said to go to get my picture taken. (Annie wrote the clues in her cute handwriting with a poem). I went to where my camera was and looked inside my case and there was my new camera lens that I have been wanting. I was thrilled!! I love my family. Heavenly Father has blessed me with a great life. I am happy they are mine forever.
I am so relaxed and having a great time.
