The Big Day

It was such a happy day for me to see my only Brother get married!  Everything was perfect.  My favorite quote of the day came from Chelsea, "With a 25,000 dollar wedding - you'd think they could afford some shade!"  It was very hot but it was beautiful.  The people from Southern Utah Bride took care of everything and it was stress free.   I didn't bring my camera so I am limited when it comes to pictures from the day.  Thanks to my cousin Megan I do have just a few.  What a great memory!

Sunny St. George

We arrived in Orem late Saturday night and had to turn around and head to St. George on Tuesday morning.  Wednesday we hit the pool and then spent the afternoon and early evening at the rehearsal for the ring ceremony.  Afterwards, we all met up at the Pizza Factory.  There was a buzz of excitement in the air for the wedding the next day.  It was a great night.

Cousins!!

The kids have been having the time of their lives with their cousins!  One of our first outings was to the Splash Pad in American Fork.  It was absolutely breathtaking to see the backdrop of the snow capped mountains as we watched the kids run around in their swim suits.

My cousin Megan!  I love this girl!

Mary and Lizzy - the twins.  Lizzy is 10 and Rachel is 7 but they are so much alike and have so much fun together.  It has been so fun to watch them enjoy each others company.

Adam and Sage have become fast friends.  They are so adorable together.

Diana brought balloon launchers and the kids had an absolute blast letting them off and running around!

Strawberry Days

Going to the Strawberry Days Rodeo in Pleasant Grove is the quintessential Utah summer experience.  Evenings in early June promise a cool 65 degrees.  We wore sweatshirts and ate strawberries and cream in the twilight.  I love myself a small town rodeo!
