Snow Cave

You gotta love those snow days, when you have no place to go, and enough snow to actually make something. The kids were getting a bad case of cabin fever, and therre was all that snow outside, so whats a dad to do?? (I definitlydid'nt have the option to hide somwhere thats for sure) We decided to go have fun with the boys outside. It started with just piling up the snow, making a nice mound of it, then I started to dig it out. We had a nice cave going, then it was a awesome looking snow tunnel. It was cool looking, then the boys got to playing with it, they had fun, but 20 munites later there was not much left, It was fun though. I kept trying to build up the mound, to try to buld something, just to have it destroyed. It did accomplished 2 goals:

1 the boys had fun

2 it tired them out.

CHRISTMAS 2009

what an exhausting evening, good thing we looked insde first before we threw this box away....haahaa!!!

wondering if the gift can be used somhow, or needs to be exchanged

Dan had a fun challenge this year. his gift was wrapped in layers and layers of paper, tape, suran wrap, bubble wrap. even incased in paper mache stuff. it was the highlight of the evening, it was even covered with trica questions. took him a while to unwrap the gift. in the ned all the grand kids were he;ping in one way or another and what did he find in the end, but a fishing net.

somone figured that the boys needed another reason to run around, and act crazy, so they got a bunch of cowboy and indian stuff. Very wild, but they had fun with it

not very often you get the kids to sit down for a even a few minutes. They might have been bribed with something

We had a great Christmas spent hanging out with family and having fun. My Brother Robert and his wife came to Utah for Christmas this year it was alot of fun. We did alot of fun things but I forgot the camera for most of it. The night Rob and Kristen came into town we met them in Spanigh Fork for ice cream the boys had a blast. We went up to SLC to see the lights on Temple Squar, it was cold crowded and we left way too late, all in all it it was a good time.

DO NOT TURN YOU BACK

I WALKED INSIDE FOR 2 SECONDS AND WHEN I CAME BACK OUT THIS IS WHAT I FOUND. THEY WANTED TO GET IN THE WATER AND I TOLD THEM THEY WERE IN THERE CLOTHS AND COULD NOT . SO WHAT IS A 2 YEAR OLD GOING TO DO? THAT'S RIGHT TAKE OFF THERE CLOTHS AND HAVE A GREAT TIME. THEY WERE IN THE POOL I WENT TO GET THE CAMERA AND THEY WENT OVER TO THE SLIDE.
