Happy Christmas

What a great week we have had at the Marshall home. We finally got the snow that I have been hoping for. I watched a van get stuck in the cul-de-sac for five hours. It was such a great snow storm. Even though I'm not able to snowboard or snowmobile, I love seeing all of this snow.
Christmas was awesome. We were able to spend time with both of our families. Tara and Bryce have been staying with us and Ocean has loved being able to get know them better. Ocean's favorite thing that Uncle "Byce" does is he does a handstand and she crawls inbetween his hands.

Jenny helping Ocean open her christmas presents

Here Ocean is wearing a pretty princess skirt Aunt Ema made and also the leg warmers Aunt Ema made. Ocean really didn't play with her toys until we got them home. She loved watching all of the cousins play with their toys. She also liked opening presents.

We always get new pajamas on Christmas Eve night.

This is Ocean and I outside shoveling the driveway on the first big snow storm. When I set her down in the snow she got some snow on the top of her boots. She looked up and said "uh oh mommy". It took her awhile to actually play in the snow.

Getting ready for playing in the snow. She loved getting all of her snow stuff on with daddy

What a great couple of weeks we have had. We were able to be with both family and friends that we love so much. We are getting super excited for the new baby and we will keep you all updated.

Ocean is ready

Curtis went snowboarding on Tuesday up at The Canyons with the Rowe boys. When he got home Ocean wanted to get on all of his snowboarding clothes. I asked her if she wanted to go snowboarding with daddy and she said "YEAH!" Well maybe next year.

backtracking

I know that it is almost Christmas, but we finally figured out how to get our pictures off of our camera. So here are some of the highlights from November.

We had Thanksgiving with the Marshall family over at our house. I made tons of food, but of course Ocean's favorite was the vegetable tray. She sat and ate all the veggies for an hour.

The Marshall family at Thanksgiving dinner. We missed having Bryce and Tara there, so Scott named the turkey Bryce Jacob.
Ocean with Grandpa. She loved having so many people around to spoil her.

Grandma brought Ocean a book with pictures of dogs in it. She loves looking at all the different dogs and their owners.
Dad was riding his bike to work early one morning and got hit by an SUV. Luckily he was wearing a helmet and he wasn't hurt to bad. He got some stiches in his chin and was pretty battered up. PLEASE START SEEEING BIKERS ON THE ROAD!! (and don't hit my dad).
