I love a good Party. Doesn't matter if it is the office party, friend party, or a good old fashion Cousin Chirstmas 2009. These are my favorite pics from the parties this season.

Okay so I know that it's not november, but here are some pics from november!

I can't believe it snowed today! I was excited to get the girls in their snow gear and go and play, but sadly nothing stuck at our house. Here are some pictures of our October.
So, I used to go to a lot of games with my dad. Than somebody (I won't name names) came in and took my place as "best football game companion". But, I do get to pick whatever ONE game I want to go to during the year. I always threaten to take the Utah game when it is in Provo, but I never do. I took the TCU game this year and what a sad game. But I did get to spend time with my dad which is the best.

Is anyone else loving October as much as I am?? What a great month. It's getting colder, which means snow is just around the corner. The leaves are changing colors. Not to mention I have been able to go to some of my favorite places this month.
I love our girls. Being with them and Curtis is my all time favorite happy places.
For my mom's birthday Ema and I took her to DisneyLand. AMAZING!! And as fate would have it our best friends Diane and Erin were there. I grew up going to Disneyland with them so it was like the perfect Disney trip having them there. Erin got her dad to watch the kids for a couple of hours and it was Ladies Night at Disneyland.
Yeah that's right, we wore matching t-shirts. We also have tiaras on in the picture but you can't tell, I should have brought my bigger one. Thanks Curtis for watching the girls that weekend.

We were able to go to Lake Powell with some friends for a long weekend. It was amazing. Nuf said.

My sister-in-law had a baby all natural, he was 10.5 lbs, he looks huge next to an average baby.

Rise and shout the Cougars are out! First home game is this Saturday at 5:00 pm. We will be tailgating at every home game this year, so we hope you come and join us. We will be in lot 5 (that is the grass just west of the stadium). Call our phones when you get there and we will tell you exactly where we are. This week we will be there around 3pm until the game starts. Come even if you don't have tickets, it is going to be fun.

Okay, so I have talked about having a recipe exchange FOREVER. So I am finally going to do it. The recipe exchange will be on Tuesday September 8th at 8:00 pm. Everyone who wants to come is in invited. We will be having Ema show us how to do fabulous fondue. All you need to do is come and bring your family's five favorite dinner recipes. This could include sides or just be the main dish. It is going to be a really fun night with great food. If you can't come, but still want to be part of the exchange, just email me your five recipes and we will let you in the cool club. So here is your checklist:
-Get you five favorite dinner recipes
-Bring whoever wants to come

The beach is one of our family's favorite places. It was so much fun to go to several beaches and play. Ocean made sand castles, mud pies, and played in the water. Nali didn't really like the water, but she ate tons of sand.

We were able to take a quick weekend trip to see the Marshalls. Ocean was in heaven!! She loved being around Grandma, Grandpa, Auntie Jenny, and Uncle Scottie. It was really fun, and we can't wait to go back.

This past weekend was awesome. We were able to lay graass in the backyard. We got to go swimming with friends. We got to go to the cabin and be with family. And my favorite part about the entire weekend was draft day. Anyone for football?
Here is the after picture. We got the sod on Friday night and stayed up until one in the morning getting it in. Gracias Steve. Also thanks to mom and dad for helping us get it in.
So air soft guns are taking the Tobler family by storm (we don't get it). Both my brothers, my sister-in-law, Ema and Tot all bought them. Then they proceeded to paint them in camo. Then they bought gear so that they hide in the bushes and shoot at each other. Eric thought it was a good idea to show Ocean how to protect herself.

I personally am not a fan of baseball. I tried to be once in a blue moon, but no dice. Curtis got tickets to the bees game so we went...and had a BLAST!! Box seats, all the hot dogs, soda, popcorn that you can eat, some pretty fun baseball, an elvis impersonator, sign me up.To go back to the whole all you can eat hot dog etc. Blake (the boy on the left) took that to heart. On the way home he threw up in his Daddy's brand new truck. Poor Nate

On Thursday Ocean went to go and get the mail with Grandma. We just got new mailboxes and there was this super heavy ornate thing that we was just sitting in between our mailboxes. Somehow it fell off and smacked Ocean right in the head. WOW heads bleed a ton. her hair was instantly red on that side. We went and got Papa to see if it needed stiches and when we finally found where all the blood was coming from it was from this tiny spot. So no stiches just ice cream, neosporin, a shower, and a band-aid. Papa decided we didn't need ornate pieces on the mailbox and he threw it away. When Ocean tells people about it she says "got hurt on head, mailbox did it. Daddy help and Papa fix it. Thank you daddy. Thank you papa."

I have hated our front door since we moved in...actually I have hated our front door since I was a kid living next door. It is fugly. Well we acquired this SWEET door from Steve (thanks steve) and it has sat in our garage. I told Curtis there was a deadline for him to get it in or else he would sleep outside. He knows about my idle threats. So after the dealine it stayed in the garage. I finally decided that I would take care of it. So I spent like two hours getting the hardware on. I knew I couldn't get the old door off and the new one on so I did what any respectable wife would do. I begged. Not only did I beg Curtis to get it in, but I involved my dad. Luckily it worked and look!!!!! A NEW DOOR!yay.

Nali is starting to sit up by herself (until Ocean knocks her over).
This is Ocean's favorite part of the yard, the tomato garden. Everyday she goes out and picks the red ones and eats 3 or 4. Yesterday she found a green pepper in the garden and ate it.
I was taking pictures of Ocean and Nali and I wanted a picture of them together so I told Ocean to sit closer to Nali. She came and plopped herself right in front of Nali.
