Give Thanks!

Family is definitely the best part of Thanksgiving.

And my family is hilarious... (i was so happy i couldn't keep my eyes open) we are definitely a green family.

We are all
so photogenic...

The drive to Mo-Town was Beautiful!!!

This is Celeste, my Mom, my Grandma Dickson, Me, and Chelsey

This is me and my cute Grandpa Carruth-
who just got back from another mission (Lubbock, Texas) with my Grandma!

The drive home from Morgan was pretty exciting.
We took some great pictures by moving our face around until the flash finally captured our true beauty.

warning
.
. these pictures are not very attractive.
But please notice my dad in the background.

Even though I ate three different kinds of pie, and the Mashed Potatoes just weren't up to par with their true potential...

I had a most excellent Thanksgiving.

Weekends!

Paul and I really enjoy checking out his family's blogs, so to be in with the Frandsen fam, I figured I better get to work on my own. I figure if his three nieces can do it... so can I.

Let me tell you about our weekends so far- they seem to be milestones.

Weekend 1 and 2, Paul was out of town.. first catching bugs (refer to Camzillas blog) and then to Pennsylvania to see Valerie and Justin.

Weekend 3 was my birthday! Yay!

We celebrated at 12:27 a.m. Because that's when I was born!

We had dance parties.

I was so happy to turn 20 so I could officially date Paul.

The fearsome foursome (Kendra, Me, Paul, Kurt) went to the temple.

Then we ate at Noodles & Company...

Then we went to a park and played on some swings...

Then we went to WalMart (and I didn't injure Paul with a shopping cart this time)

Then we went to Camie's house and ate some delicious cupcakes that Paul made

Played Scattergories (we won)

and watched Saved By the Bell.

It was probably one of the best birthdays ever...

And for my present Paul got me tickets to Brand New!

which brings us to weekend number 4.

The concert was pretty great. There were tall men, ringing ears, but lots of fun.

Plus I got to meet Jeff!

Weekend number 5 was pretty quite a bit different.
Paul and I both injured ourselves.
I sprained my ankle at Lacrosse practice.

Then Paul dislocated his shoulder, and tore all the ligaments that connect his collar bone to his AC joint. But... he did it by diving into the end zone to score a touchdown- I wish I had a video.

So we endured our injuries by watching Lord of the Rings.

The next day... Kurt Olson split his chin open playing Basketball, and had to get stitches.

We told my roommate, Kendra, to watch out or she would be next.

But the football game that day was fun (we won!)
cleaning the stadium afterward wasn't as fun...

Weekend 6 was probably my favorite so far.
A lot of the Frandsen family got together to celebrate Jeff's birthday!

Paul has the pictures...
we'll have to update later.

Weekend 7 was pretty deluxe.
We painted some beautiful artwork

and looked really good in Camie's

aprons.

(Thanks for letting us use your house and painting supplies Camie)

Plus.. the big moment of the weekend... we went to Mindy's for another delicious Sunday meal,

and we FINALLY took a picture that both of us like. (Irelynd was the photographer.)

and now... it's Thanksgiving Break!

Happy Happy Thanksgiving!
