Bountiful Harvest Released

I've been waiting to share Bountiful Harvest a new kit from Natalie's Place Designs as it has so many possibilities.  The Land is one of our favorite places to visit while at EPCOT.  It has a great dining, rides, and attractions.  Adrianna's favorite ride is Living with the Land.  She is always amazed by all the different plants and the way that Disney expertiments with growing techniques as you travel through the greenhouses.  This kit is perfect for just those memories.

The colors are so stunning and the elements are spectacular!  The vegetables in this kit look good enough to eat!  Although my daughter loves Living with the Land my favorite thing to do is to eat at the Garden Grill.  No vacation is complete without at least one dining reservation.  In June we went to celebrate 3 birthdays at The Garden Grill so our server sang Happy Birthday to all three of him.  If you ever get a chance to eat at The Garden Grill ask for Patrick he is amazing and always makes the kids laugh.  I used this great template from Wyld Peas Designs for a MouseScrappers Template challenge for my layout!  Click HERE to go to the template challenge.  I LOVE how it turned out!

The great thing about Natalie's kits is that they are so versatile and can be used for many different layouts.  The great colors and elements also remind me of the fall which is just around the corner and Halloween.  Last year we attended the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and this kit was perfect to create a title page for the party! I used another great template challenge from Mousescrappers by Dreamscrapper Designs. I love the orange in this kit and the textures of Natalie's papers are always stunning.  The pumpkins were just what I needed to make this layout perfect.  Don't forget to stop by Natalie's Place Designs to pick up this wonderful kit!  Since The Garden Grill is one of my favorites I thought I would share a word art of two, or three with all of you.  I wanted to provide some versatility with it so I created 3 versions in case you wanted Chip and Dale in there as well.  I thought a few mickey buttons with her wonderful papers would be a great added touch.  I hope you like it.

I naturally wanted to create layouts for It's a Small World but I really wanted to so the versatility in this kit.  In 2008 we attended the Spirit of Aloha Luau at The Polynesian.  If you've never attended it's definitely worth going to see.  The food is amazing and the performers are wonderful.  When I saw the wonderful children in this kit along with all the gorgeous elements I knew this kit would be perfect to highlight our evening of portraits.

When I create each of my books I develop an actually layout before I design to ensure I don't miss a moment.  I always create a title page for each park with lots of journaling but then I also create a page of portraits that symbolize each park.  I really love how this layout turned out.
