She has these wonderful bundles to meet your needs from adding to your original kit to getting te entire collection all at a discount.
Absolutely a holiday must for your scrapbooking stash. Here is a layout I created using all the wonderful premades as well as adding my own special touches from the kits. We saw Santa and Mrs. Claus at EPCOT over Thanksgiving which was very special for us because we had never seen him at EPCOT. He quite the jolly ole fellow. The premade paper stack, wordart, and page started made it super simple and then I just added the bling, alpha titles and Christmas tree.
Be sure to stop by Natalie's Place Designs to add to the original kit, grab those terrific premades, or snag the entire collection and a wonderful discount. Don't forget to stop by MJ-AJ designs as well as Lisa Campbell Designs for more wonderful inspiration and goodies.
I wanted to send my deepest sympathy to Newtown CT and the unthinkable loss of loved ones. How sad it has become that our children can not be safe in school. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
This tragedy was unfolding the morning I flew to be with my mother and I cant wait to return this evening and hug and kiss my children.
This holiday season has been extremely hard for me. Last week I had to fly home to be with my mother who is not doing well. She is a cancer survivor but the brain radiation she received has been slowly taking her away from me. She went into the hospital just before Thanksgiving and is now in a nursing home. She is suffering from dementia which I would not wish on anyone. It is so very hard to see my mother this way as she is the most amazing person I know. She has a wonderful spirit and zest for life. She is my best friend and has been there through the ups and downs of my life. I have spent the past week by her side, even though at times she doesn't know who I am, enjoying my time with her even if it's only for a short time. I fly home this evening knowing that this will probably be the last time I see her. Her time is near and I pray that her last days are peaceful and without pain.
In honor of my mother I wanted to provide a facebook freebie that allows you to showcase those that you love during this holiday season. This is my mother and step-father at Christmas in 2006 after her cancer but before she started to get sick all over again. I used Tis the Season as well as Tis the Season Add-on.
My step-father has been my mother's constant caregiver for the past 10 years, through chemo, feeding tubes, oxygen tanks, providing all her medicine, taking her to hundreds of doctors appointments, dealing with her loss of hearing, constant eye infections, and on and on... He is an angel sent from above who even now refuses to leave her side. He sits with her 12 hours a day and after talking with him these past few days making sure he too takes time for himself!! He's afraid to leave her side just in case she needs him but his health both mentally and physically is just as important.
I ask this holiday season that as we all gather with family we may only see once a year that you tell them you love them, forgive those you may hold resentment, and take lots of pictures or video as you never know what might happen until you meet again. I am so blessed that last year we spent Christmas with my mother not knowing it might be her last Christmas.
