Welcome Home Chris

It was a nice enough day that we got out the swimming pool. Cason loves to be outside, so he had a blast.

Pauls brother Chris got home from Iraq yesturday. We are so glad that he is home safe and can't wait to see him. Cason was only about 6 months old when he left so when we were outside swimming I tried to record him saying "welcome home". It didn't work out like I thought it would, but Chris we want you to know how much we love you and how proud of you we are. We are so happy that you are home! P. S. this is my first time attempting video, so sorry.

Here is another video of Cason. His favorite colors are blue and yellow so if you ever ask him what color something is he always says yellow first and then blue and then sometimes he will actually look up and see what color it really is and what you are pointing at.

Memorial Day

For Memorial Day weekend we were supposed to go camping but since it rained all weekend it kinda ruined our plans. We still were able to have a good time though. The Sanders family came and stayed at our house so we were able to spend a lot of time with them and celebrate Dad and Nicoles birthday. Also the Carrolls came and Jason and Kayli too, so it was a wonderful weekend spending time with family. Mom wanted some help landscaping her yard so while the rest of us were working Paul loaded everyone he possible could onto the 4 wheeler and went for a ride.

We were able to go fishing last Friday and it was lots of fun. It was so windy at Piute and we didnt catch any fish, but Cason had a great time fishing with his dad and Great Grandpa and Grandma Hooper.

We sure do love this little guy!

Another Great Weekend

Ok so I'm sorry that its always almost the next weekend by the time I post my pictures from the weekend before, but mothers day weekend was another great weekend. Ivy and Bart were here with their kids
(Tage and Savanna )and Cason had a blast playing with his cousins. Even though he still isnt very good at sharing, they were all able to ruff house together.

This was Cason's TAA-DAA face after he did another one of his amazing summer saults!
Oh yes I think this is one of Cason's famous screams that we caught on film. If any of you know Cason you know that he definitely screams like a girl. Sorry Paul I know you dont want our little boy to do anything girly, but most people have already heard the scream once or twice:)
I think we took about 50 pictures and yes this is the best one of all the kids together. Believe it or not they didnt want to hold still for a picture- I know crazy huh!
Ok being mothers day and all I just have to give a quick shout out to all the mothers out there. You all our amazing and here is a picture of one great couple. Grandpa and Grandma Hooper!
Ok also not the best family picture but we got one all together and it really was a great mothers day just spending time with family!
Here is another super cute family. The Carrolls- I hope its ok that I tell the news, but we are so excited for you guys to be moving back to Richfield. See you in a few Weeks!
In other news Richfield is great. Paul and I both really like our jobs. Cason has been having tons of fun with his Grandpa's and Grandma's. We have flowers planted, a new piano, and we are settled in quite nice, but we do miss all of our friends in Cedar so if any of you want to come pay us a visit, you are always welcome!

Lots of stuff

Ok So I know I haven't posted for a while. But we are all moved in. Paul started his new job on Monday and I started mine on Tuesday. We both think that we are going to like them. Paul is working for Western Land Service as a GIS Specialist and I am working as and OR Nurse. I am only going to work about 1 day a week though so I can stay home with Cason. Like I said before we had lots of fun this last weekend. We went to big rock candy mountain, (Marysville Canyon) and did the bike trail. I know this picture isn't straight, but we had the camera on the hood of the car to get everyone in it. Cason and Parker are in one bike trailer and Aiden is in the other. Left to Right: Cody, Kim, Jason, Mom, Dad, Me, Paul, and of course both trailers with the kids inside.
Thanks goodness that Cody and Paul got to haul the kids instead of me!

This was at the end when we have to go up a big hill, but my mom is such a trooper and went all the way!
After we went to a park and had a picnic, if you cant tell this little guy has quite the shinner. Parker is such a tuff guy and if you ever ask how he feels he always says "HAPPY". If you think it looks bad here you should see what it looked like a week ago when it happened!
Cody and Parker going down the slide.
Cason getting a good push at the top!
On Monday before the Olsens left town we went to the farm with Grandma. They had so much fun watching the animals and of course making all the sounds that the animals make. Parker and Cason both have some pretty interesting pig noises!
They really liked the baby pigs.
I liked the baby pigs a ton better then the huge pigs too. In fact they kinda freak me out!
This bore is about the size of a cow.
They didn't seem to scare Cason though. He probably would have went and gave them a kiss if we would have let him. Good thing Grandma was there to keep an eye on him.
And Cason's favorite part was driving the old tractor and playing in the dirt with Parker. What a BOY!

So everything is great. We are settling in quite nice back in good'ol Richfield as you can see by the pictures with the pigs:)
