So I am mostly a bum. When it comes to working out I am the worst, I always find a reason to lay on the couch and watch Gossip Girl instead. However, I am proud to say I didn't back out this time. My two sisters, 3 cousins and I signed up for a relay race that we ran in a few weeks ago! It went from the University of Utah to BYU, so about 64 miles. It was split up into 3 legs per person so I ended up running about 10.5 miles. I've never done anything like that before so I'm so proud! My teammates are beasts, and all did awesome jobs. I have never been so sore in my life- I had to hobble around for a few days, but it was totally worth it. Turns out I really like running... after I am done running. While I am running all I can think is, "Why am I doing this? I haaattteee this." But I got the runner's high and I love it.

Our team name was oBorn to Run... For CHOCOLATE! So we all ran across the finish line with chocolate smeared all over our faces and chocolate bars hanging in front of our faces. Turns out it won us BEST COSTUME. success.
PICS!! (thanks for the pics to Katie and Sara Oborn!)

This same weekend one of Dan's besties came in town! THE Scotty Youngberg! Dan was so giddy he could hardly stand it. It was vair vair fun. One night I came home and the boys had purchased hundreds of fake tatoos. I mean hundreds of them. They decided to give them self sleeves... and then some. I have to admit that it looked like too much fun and I joined in. haha.

We are so cool. Anyway, it was awesome having him here. I'm glad Dan got to hang out with his buddy that he never gets to see. I wish them Youngbergs lived closer!
